  • Impulse's Log w/ pics..

    Ok, so I'm new here obviously and just wanted to say hello. I have been reading this site for a few months now and have (kinda) tried to start getting into this. I'm hoping if i actually signed up, created a log etc. it would help me stay motivated and keep me doing the exercises. My stats are in my signature and I'm hoping that based on my stats someone could tell me if my gains would be easy/hard and any other info would be welcomed. I will be doing JP's routine to get myself started as that seems to be what everyone gets things going with, i don't want to try any stretching devices or hanging methods just want to give the exercises alone a shot. I am attaching a photo of my erect member for progress purposes only.

    Any help, advice and encouragement is welcomed and appreciated!

    Hi Impulse
    I'm fairly new here as well but I can certainly say that I'd be nowhere near where I am today, knowledge-wise or motivation-wise in regards to PE.
    I started a log early as well and it really helped me out.

    Anyway, good luck with everything!

      thanks, havent had a chance to PE since i signed up, my job keeps me quite busy but im looking forward to starting up tomorrow

        know i said i was gunna get into it and i want to be a believer and i know the only way to truly believe is to do it, ugh ok im abt to do my first "real" pe session following jp's routine,, i seriously hope im not wasting my time.., plus hey do people have insights as to if i gain length is there a chance id lose my girth cause thats all im worried about is losing that lol

          OK, impulse here is the keys to gains . Pick a routine that fits your life style usually newbies pick JP 90 day routine there are a lot of people that gained from this routine. Personally I'm doing PESG routine been doing it for 2 weeks I have gained. They are little gains but I will take any gains. Btw I'm also a newb barely started out. The keys to gaining are watch your PI'S this is very important there is a article about your PI'S top of forum it says articles.Be consisent with your routine make a progess log so people can help you. Hope this helps out for your journey !! Good luck on your gains!!

            ok so my first "real" session went well, the head of my dick is kinda sore is this normal?

            also does anyone else feel like jelqing gets annoying? what i mean is like for example like when u type for an extended period of time and u just pull your hands away and say aghhhh i dont know maybe its just cause im not used to doing it but i kinda wanted to stop early cause it was getting to repetitive, its probably just my adhd which you will all grow to love, no pun intended

              ok i deff have been neglecting my log BUTTT i have not been neglecting my PE routine, i have been doing abt 1 on 1 off, just to get myself more used to the workouts before i start doing it 2 on 1 off and so on.. so far i feel no difference but maybe things will change once i start a more rigorous routine

                hey everyone, i know a lot of people post what they have done everyday with their daily routines and what not, i would do that but i honestly don't have the time to make updates all the time like that. just wanted to come in and fill everyone in on where i'm at with my PE routine, i have swithed from JP's beginner routine to something more like how PESG's routine was.. i started in august and i must admit that i havent been sticking to any sort of 2 on 1 off religiously but i still have seen results i would say i just get to do it a few times a week, except here and there i'll get to do it a couple more days out of the week.

                i pulled out the measuring tape and ruler and measured again for the first time since i first started and i have seen gains, now im not sure if i should attribute the gains to PE or just my EQ but regardless here goes, my new stats are as follows..

                BPEL 7.25
                EG 6.0

                so it looks like i gained about .25 in EL and .5 in MEG

                gunna devote a lot more time to PE and see if i get any more gains from here..

                i'll update as soon as i have somemore to share

                        got a nice session in today, i warmed down for like 30 mins tho, i was just sittin there watching a movie and honestly i dont think anything feels better than a nice warm down, anyways i just let that rice sock sit on my shlong for a good 30 mins, felt so good i had to rub one out afterwards haha

                          so i just had one of what i'd have to say has been one of my most satisfying PE sessions thus far.. took my time with it and worked in an awesome session for a good 35 mins with a realllly long warm down, i left the rice sock on my cock for almost 40 mins cuse it just felt so good..

                          i also am happy to say that i got my BPFSL to 8" tonight which looked awesome, i cant wait till my BPEL hits that 8" mark, but i guess my ultimate goal is to get 8" NBPEL that'll light my eyes up for sure, and im sure the ladies eyes will light up too when they whip out a nice big old dong hahah.. god bless this wonderful thing i found called PE..
