I'm relatively new here and you probably don't know me but, I wanted to start one of these as soon as possible.
PE 5 days of the week with 2 break days (Wednesday and Saturday)

Long Term Goal
FL – 6 ->
FG – 5 ->
BPEL – 10.5 ->

- I’m going to take measurements every 4 weeks and post weekly i guess
My Routine follows mostly this (I’ll increase and change exercises when I come to that bridge)
Warm-up - 10mins (Warm washcloth)

Rotating Stretch - 10 15sec reps
Internal Stretch - 5 25sec reps
JAI Stretch - 20 reps
A-Stretch - 5 25 sec reps
Erect Stretch - 5 20sec reps

(Excluding the 50 Jelqs done every day except break days)
Mon - (3 15sec) Erect Bend…………125 Kegels
Tue - Compressor (4 reps)
Wen -BREAK DAY (30 minutes ballooning)
Thru - Uli (3 50sec)……………125 Kegels
Fri - 25 Towel Raises
Sat -BREAK DAY (nothing)
Sun - (4 25sec) Flaccid Bends………125 kegels

Shower (time is usually various but always over 10min)
- My reasoning of having many stretches is to improve length without invest much more time into it later
- My reasoning of having many different exercises is to improve girth but not as much
- I’m going to start later on tonight before I start watching tv but, wanted to get construct criticism first.....any?
