    I have tried jelqing before but only for about half a week,,, this was around a year ago... the reason i quit was because i came down with some kind of UTI wich scared me away from PE... having the UTI stressed me out wich effected my erections... I eventually recovered lol and and things are back to normal other than the occasional stress effecting my erections.... I now know the jelqing wasnt what caused the erection problem its the stress and now I try to manage that better... any how I want to make my penis as healthy as I can so I am going to get back into it and see how it goes... here is my goal and ideas...

    -I'm going to stop using porn when masterbating, i may look at it ocasional (once a month) but not for masterbation. hopefully this will help erections and sex drive....

    -I will also do jelqs 100-150 for first few weeks then increase gradually...

    - Im not sure if i will do any stretches...

    -I already do a lot of kegels every day (I started this after the UTI) I do 10-15 sec holds for 10 min then 5min break then repeat for 60 min I do this 2-3 time a day... every other day I replace one of the times with kegels 10-15 sec each for 30 min striaght no breaks, thes are the days Im driving to class at night(30 min trip)

    -my starting measurments are:
    - eg: 5.6 inches
    -bpel: 7.5inches
    nbpel: 7.25inches

    MY goal:
    - eg: 6inches
    -bpel: 8.5inchesnbpel: >8 inches
    and more consistent 10/10 EQ

    I will post measurements once every week or two.... if any one has advice or tips let me.. know fingures crossed lol does any one have a rough estamate on how long it may take to see these kind of gains????

    Well its been one week... I added in a little stretching the past two days just 20 sec in each direction after my jelqs... The week has been good yesterday had a very full and longer flaccid hang all day, not as much today... I decided to messure ever two weeks..

    Does any one have any advice about JP's loss of tug idea??? has it worked for you??

      In a while drek say you were thinking of getting into hanging or something you would probably study LOT and stuff, but at this stage you should see results from just the basics without really considering LOT toomuch. I think most folk starting stretches probably just do them all directions. Great start stats mate, and i'm sure the goals you set are attainable,.

          Thanx guys i understand what you mean...
          I had a masterbation and edjing session today and my erection stayed at a higher EQ most of the time much better than usuall, this is a week in and hopefully it stay and gets even better..

          I do have a question though.. I dont really take days off... on my on days I jelq 100-150 times, and stretch 20 sec in each direction.. and on my so called off days i masterbate or have sex while edging, then i only do 50 jelqs that day and stretching... Is this ok or do you really need a real day off,, cause my penis doesnt feel fatigued or worn out or anything and at the same time i dont want to push my limits and cause injury???

            Well it sounds like your pi's are fine and your EQ was sky high recently. What i'd say is the sex/masturbation on off days is cool (so long as you aint tugging it violently!), but i'd drop the jelqs on my 'off' days, cos our dicks grow bigger and stronger on off days, thats when we gain, i believe. So call an off day an off day i reckon mate.

              Well its august 31 and I started this august 21... I havent measured yet but i have erections more often and I feel hornier.. I also become erect more often during my jelqs.. I have to take little mini breaks to let things calm down a little lol. some days i have a larger flaccid hang somedays i dont,,, my flaccid hand has alwys varried a lot so this doesnt bother me.. hopefully next time I do a messurement i see some improvement, but i now its a long process so I dont expect it.. Oh i also moved my jelqs up to 150 every time after the first week... I think the porn detox is also helping with the erections..

                So todays is my off day I edged for 25 min had a nice erection most of the time... what I did notice was that when I stood up my erection wasnt as hard...?? I havent masterbated standing up in a long time so this kinda worried me.. its probably phycological or maybe my body is not used to standing so it doesnt get as hard I dont know... any one have any advice or knowledge about this???/

                  I dont think i have been warmming up good enough because today i filled a cup with hot water and then held it around my penis for several minutes and it made the jelqing and stretching feel more effective... ithink.. any ways like I said i have been doing kegels every day for about a year.... I would like to hear other peoples kegel routines so I can compare and maybe make mine more effective.... thx guys

                    well I measured while I masterbated today.. the BPEL was 7 and 9/16 -10/16,, I dont now whether this is true growth or just a wrong starting measurement. I will find out shortly.... I masterbated and edged standing up the whole time with not great EQ (7-8) ... I could have masterbated sitting down and had great EQ but Im trying to condition myself to have better standing EQ too... I think its a phycological thing... I also find it harder to hold back the cum when i am standing edging is much harder,, its like I cant kegel as strongly standing up. hopefully all this improves.... if any one has any advice let me know.....

                      YESSSSS!!!! today i masterbated for 20 min and i was able to do the whole thing standing up with pretty good eq for the most part.. it would go down when i would kegel to keep from ejaculating,, but it would build back up afterwards.. i think its all mental but someof the other things i have been doing are, I jog for only like 15-20 min every other day I know not that much but im build up some endurance, And ive been doing more kegels while i am standing up... I cant pinpoint which is haveing the most effect, but i think its a mental thing however the jogging cant hurt the EQ.. I hoope things get even better... its been about 20 days since startine pe I really only Jelq 200 times a day and kegel a lot...but I have no real gains however better flaccid fullness and hang most of the time and my viens are more pronouced I even see one that I couldnt before... I cant wait untill I see some true length gains...
