    Hi there!

    I've finally decided to create my personall progress log, i'm really excited about it and I hope that sharing my experiences will be helpfull for everybody!
    So today was my first day (after giving up the first time) of PE. I 'm planning to stick with this routine for five weeks and then continue with JP's routine for 90 days! The problem is that i read some threads that claimed that we should stick with a routine for at least 3 months so i'm a little confused... do you think that i should switch at JP's workout after 5 weeks time or not??? Let me know...

    SO!!! I'm starting away:

    Day 1 - 30/8/10:

    10 min warm up
    6 min basic stretching (straight out, right, left, straight up 30 sec each, 3 times)
    10 min wet jelqing
    warm down
    25 kegels
    15-20 min edging with ejaculation.


    QUESTION: do you think it's better to kegel while streching?

    At the end of the week i'll inform you about PIs. I'm on 1 day on 2 days off routine for the first week, next week i'm gonna workout every other day..
    BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
    EG: 4.5"+0.315"

    30/8/10: 6.875x4.5"
    25/5/11: 7.375x4.5"
    1/4/12: 7.375x4.815"
    4/6/12: 7.5x4.815"

    Short Term Goal:7.5X5

    Long Term Goal:8x6

    your workout is essentially a modified JP's workout. Is there any reason you plan on skipping V Jelqs and kegeling during stretches (like in JP's)? otherwise in my opinion you should just follow JP's for the full 90 days and increase the intensity if needed later on.

    to answer your question, yes I think its better to kegel while stretching because you get a better stretch when you kegel the opposite direction of a stretch. hope this helps

      I've been sitting on the fence about the kegel stretch thing. I think I'll give it a try.

        I think your workout is closer to PESG or Babbis -- you're on track.

        Here's all the starting routines that guys normally choose from.

          Thank you blink2000, your post was really helpfull! In fact I decided to follow PESG's routine (really motivating story), I think it's my favorite. Jp's routine is great too i just find it a little more advanced and I experienced negative PIs with it in the past. However i think I'll follow it when i get more advanced.
          I 'm just concerned about the fact that PESG's routine does not contain edging which appears to be very important. So I think I will add 15-20 min edging before warm down!

          Today is a day off!
          BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
          EG: 4.5"+0.315"

          30/8/10: 6.875x4.5"
          25/5/11: 7.375x4.5"
          1/4/12: 7.375x4.815"

            If you want to add edging, do it for at least 20 min. According to several senior members, edging might maximise your gains when you do it for at least 30 min!

              Hi everyone! Today is a PE day after two days off. Yesterday I did a small workout of 80 kegels, I thik that's what I'm supposed to do. As I told you two days ago I am following PESG's routine.
              So, right now I am preparing my pre-workout green tea and I am going to post after my session!
              BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
              EG: 4.5"+0.315"

              30/8/10: 6.875x4.5"
              25/5/11: 7.375x4.5"
              1/4/12: 7.375x4.815"
              4/6/12: 7.5x4.815"

              Short Term Goal:7.5X5

              Long Term Goal:8x6

                  Day 2 - 2/9/2010:

                  15 min warmup
                  basic stretching (straight out, left, right, up), 2 circle streches
                  140 kegels while stretching
                  10 min jelqing
                  30 min edging

                  It was a great workout, i feel that edging does a lot of work. Now I have a nice and loose flaccid hang!! I 'll let you know about any negative or positive PIs during my 2 days off. Tomorrow i won't do anything and on day 2 I' ll do 50-100 erect kegels. I hope I am right on track......!

                      Day 3 - 5/9/2010:

                      I think I found the correct technique on jelqing. I was feeling the blood flowing and I managed to maintain a 70-80% erection for most of the time. I didn't want to stop jelqing!!
                      Anyway, my first week of PE is gone and now I'm going on a 1 day on 1 day off programm and stick with it for at least 3 months. I'm just curious about my PIs because I don't have any good or bad sign yet so I can't tell. I hope this is normal and I'll have good PIs soon. I'll post if anything appears!

                        It sounds like you're doing great so far. Just make sure you don't jelq the glans & you should be fine.

                              Day 4 - 7/9/2010:

                              Today I had positive PIs. Good flaccid hang, erections during the day. Generally I'm trying to stay focused on my current routine and never miss a workout. I think that getting very ambitious and enthousiastic will just make me unpatient.
