Hello!
I just became a member on this fine site.
I have read many of the threads in the beginner's forum, and decided to give JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine a go!
I started the routine a few days ago but i don't know if i am pulling and squeezing hard enough.
I hope i can gain 1" in BPEL, that would be perfect! I am not that interested in girth tho, i am doing this for my own ego, and not for her pleasure!
Sep-06 2010: BPEL 16.6 cm (6.5")
Test goal: 17 cm (6.7") (if i cant reach this within 90 days there is a big risk that is will stop doing PE)
Short term goal 1: 17.5 cm (6.9")
Short term goal 2: 18.0 cm (7.1")
Long term goal: 19.0 cm (7.5")
Is this reasonable goals?

Welcome!
Take it slow. Increase the force that you use incrementally but slowly over the next 3 months. Avoid sharp pain, or any amount of work that makes you sore for more than 24 hours.
Your physiology determines your gains to some extent--maximize your gains by avoiding injury & being consistent.
The JP90 is a great routine, be sure to follow Jon Pop's directions so you can maximize your gains.

I actually measured the girth a few days ago so i might as well write down the stats here:
EG: 12.6 cm (5.0") BPEL: 16.6 cm (6.5")
Is this a "normal" girth/lenght ratio?Before PE } }06-09-2010: BPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.0"
Latest Stats 06-10-2010: BPEL: 6.7" EG: 5.0"

Hello again!
Finished my first month of PE today!
So i measured myself again to see if i have gained any lenght/girth.
Starting: EG: 12.6 cm (5.0") BPEL: 16.6 cm (6.5")
Today: EG: 12.8 cm (5.0") BPEL: 17.0 cm (6.7")
So + 0.2 cm in girth and + 0.4 cm in length.
My "starting" measurements were actually taken one week after i started PE, so this is more like the gains i have gotten the last 3 weeks.
According to my cm/inch converter 12.6 cm and 12.8 cm both equals 5.0", but i don't know how accurate that is, so i will be keep taking my measurements in centimeters.
After edging 10 minutes my BPEL was actually 17.5 cm (6.9") but i will keep the 17.0 cm (6.7") as my new length!
Other things i have noticed so far is that my veins are more defined, stronger/harder erections and that my flaccid is at least 1" longer than before.Before PE } }06-09-2010: BPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.0"

Started pe again 1-2 weeks ago and I havent done any pe at all for the past 2 and a half years.
Checked my measurements, BPEL= 16.6 cm (6.5") same as before i started pe... hope I can get some gains again....Before PE } }06-09-2010: BPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.0"

Todays stats
BPEL= 17.5 cm
EG= 12,8 - 13 cm
Been doing pe again for the last month or so, lets see if i can reach 18 cm BPEL by the end of next month...Before PE } }06-09-2010: BPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.0"
