  • Im Finally Back!

    Well, it has been awhile, but I have finally moved into my own place and gotten internet. I finally have the privacy I need to to go all out on my PE. I have developed a new routine to get me started again. I still did fowfers and JAI stretches but now I have a routine that I am on.

    8 mins warm up
    5 mins stretching
    5 mins flacid bends
    10 mins of jelqing
    warm down in shower

    Every week I plan to slightly increase the time and intensity of my workouts. My school schedule is really great as far as working out and getting my PE session done. Its great to be back

    wolfmesser it's nice having you back But a 5 minutes warm-up sound a bit too short, and I am quite sure that you know that yourself. Considering the impression you have made through your previous posts. Other than that I like your plan. Good luck as always!

        Thanks guys. Yeah, I am starting to think that 5 mins is a tad bit too short for a warm up, I think I will go back to 8 mins like I did before.

              Great to have you back brother! I was thinking about you not too long ago and wondering how you were faring with everything! Good to see you back again and with the same good attitude about PE.
              How's the personal fitness coming along by the way?
              I too have joined up in a gym and go in between my classes M W F which is great for me!
