    i have been training almost a month ( 90 days JP routine), it all went very well, no injuries detected, The PI are good, the first week was frustating with my gf, first two "comes" was the premature ejacuation( first time in my life), but i though it was because i overtrained my Pc muscle a bit. after that no premature ejacuation was noticed.
    I do' kegel lifting( towel lifting) and it is going great, but i have to keep my erection level high for it, i'm kegeled in my teen years( didin't know that this is PE exercise) so i gues i have quite strong PC muscles for a beggine PE.
    I don't know why i only started this log only after the months of training...
    But anyway i'm consistent with my routine, also feel that my penis is geting stronger and harder with each week. also tried some advanced exercizes, it went all good but i did them only once, to feel the difference( after that i had to do 2 day break ).
    I'm on 2 days on 1 of regime.
    Todays session went great, when jelqed had an erection whole session, i think my little friend was in the mood today
    can't wait till my next measurement, i think when i began my penis whas 5.9" in NBPEL, but i can't tell it not, since i measured it normaly only after the 3'rd week of exercising.the stats are in my sig.
    Well from now on i will post to this blog freaquently, and try to work out what suits my fella best

    Todays session was great, EQ value a bit low, don't know what to do with it,will search in forum for info. it may be because yesteray I had a rough training on JDK(jeet kune do) martial art, and am a bit tired today.
    After the exercises I measured my erect lenght it was 6.3" I think thats great will try to measure it later on average erect level, because
    I think I was more erect that i first measured.
    Did 100 kegel lifting, it was 4 sesion with 30 lifts, because after 30 lift my erection fades and can't keep the weight on the penis.
    I'm started to see that my right penis shaft is less matured than left, and it starts to turn to right a bit when erect, will start doing more exercises to the left to fix the curve.
    Tomorrow will try to do some pictures.

      It's a good think that you started your log, Sanok. And congratulations on what seems to be good beginner gains.
      You said that your EQ was a bit low. It might be because of the towel raise. They're intermediate to advanced exercises and you're doing a lot of them. A tired PC muscle means weaker erections so be careful and watch your PIs.

        or it can be because i had much sex/ mastrubation this weekend, well will be on a watch this week for the PI's, hope nothing serious.

          today i had to skip the sesion, too much physical workout for my body( 3 hours intensive training) and whole day spent on my feet, but i had very good EQ tried to edge, but because of the lack of time comed, after 15 mins will get some rest and will start two on days tomorrow

            Today i did JP 90 days routine, all went good, but i can't understand why i need porn to maintain my erection :/
            i think i got an addiction for hardcore..
            something felt veird, but jelquing was good, felt like the dick was full of blood,i just can't explain but i felt like streching wasn't good, or maybe it is for my condition i'm quite tired.
            EQ was average.

              Today's exercise was very good,EQ was good, also finaly bough the suplements, vitamins and suplements nutrient"opti-men", and amino acids Dynamite"super amino 4800", finaly i will give my muscles a fiest of minerals, and amino's after the PE and martial arts trainings

                Workout was very good, i noticed that in the mornings i get the best workouts, maybe because my head is not filled up with the problems in the morning.In the evenings i can't jelq without porn.
                Also today tried hanging, applied aproximately 200g, laughed a bit after i took the weights off, because it looked like the cigarette, all slim an long, but after few mins the girth came back lenght stayed the same like after hanging, and i wished i was in the basein or at the swimming pool at that moment.

                    Did the workout, but in a hurry had only 1 hour to train and to prepare my self to leave the home.
                    all went well, but i think my penis need one more day of rest, because i felt something like a pain( discomfort) when jelquing, will check how it will be tomorrow if everything will be normal will do intense training.If no will give some rest.

                            I think my workout was decent, I just had poor jelquing session, at first it was because of the low errection, and after wards it went great, after the workout did some extra streching, i think i will add this extra streching to my routine, because i want to lenghten my penis before it becomes thick.

                              Workout went great, jelquinjg session went with evry good errection level, but i think i will increse the number of strokes, or the days on and decrese off days.Havent made my mind about that yet.Extra streching went good my flacid lenghts is almost always ~5" and hold for almost all day, did the wrap on today hut i think i did it wrong, because after 20 min my penis canged colour and i took off the wrap, also when i tried to put some blood in the head when wraping after few mins blood came back to body so no luck in keeping the head under inner preasure.
