Thread: Todays new length gains

I have finally after six month trying to make gains I have reached the length of 8.00"x 6.125". I finally broke the plateau that I was fighting for so long.

Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")
Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")
Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"

I went back to my old routine that had made up last year at this time
Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")
Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")
Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"

My August 2006 routine:
Morning
Take a 10-15 minutes hot shower
Start with wet jelqing with 100-3 sec strokes
Use a warm cloth on the whole genital area for 5 minutes.
Start dry jelqing with another 100-3 sec strokes.
Stretches: A-stretch holding 1 minute, side to side stretch, straight out hold for 2 minutes, finish with a bundle stretch 360 degree right and left.
Reverse wet jelq going from head to base with 50-3 sec strokes.
Finish with a cold cloth to the whole genital aera.
Put on What-A-Grip to wear for the day,this will keep enlongated all day.
Evening
Use a warm cloth on the whole genital aera for 5 minutes
Start with dry jelqing 100-3 sec strokes
Use a warm cloth on whole genitals aera for 5 minutes
Stretches: A-stretch holding 1 minute, side to side stretch, straight out and hold for 3 minutes, finish with a bundle stretch 360 degrees right and left.
Begin wet jelqing 200-3 sec strokes. Then reverse wet jelqing from head to base with 50-3 sec strokes.
Attach hanger for weights: Use the amount of weight that you would start out with.

That's great news, Dust! This just goes to show that every man has to find what works for him - as you re-found your August 06' routine. How long does it take you each morning and evening, by the way?

In the morning I spend a about 1-1/2 hours with my routine with some resting in between. The evening one takes the longest because of the hanging routine. Over all I devote about 4 hour to my routine on a 5 days on and 2 days off schedule. With this schedule I mix it up so its not the same each week. There are some days I spend a little more time with my routine. I guess it all depends how I feel that day. I know for a fact that the heavy weights has not effected my back.

Sounds like a pretty good routine you have there. For me, the evening session might be a bit much. In the AM, I really like how you jelq, stretch, jelq and then stretch again. The routine I'm on is similar to this. I shower to warm up, do about 10-15 minutes of wet jelqs. Then, I attach my vac extender to assist with my stretches. I mainly stretch at upward angles and do some A-stretches. Then, I ADS for the rest of the day.
I have a few questions for you:
1) Is this routine 7 on/0 off? If not, how many days per week do you rest?
2) What are the benefits of reverse jelqing?
3) What are the benefits of a cold wrap?
4) Do you do any edging/ballooning? If so, how often?
