    Introduction:
    Alright so this is going to be my last progress log. I've been doing PE seriously for about 18 months now. Lately I haven't been gaining very much and my EQ is down considerably. I'm going to go back to the basics. No advanced exercises, just a beginner routine.


    Goals:
    1.) Establish a consistant routine that maximizes my EQ and keeps me horny. This is the most important thing to me. My sex life will not be good unless this first goal is achieved. When I'm very horny and my dick is perky, I have no problems pleasing women.
    2.) 7.0" BPEL, 5.5" MEG
    3.) 7.5" BPEL, 5.75" MEG


    Starting Routine:
    15 min warm-up
    20 slow fulcrums; 5 each direction; Each one should last 10 sec; Must NOT exceed 50%
    5 min jelqing; Must NOT exceed 75%
    15 min edging

    2 days on; 1 day off;

    I figured out that my problem has been my limiting factor. I would make gains, but my EQ would suffer as a result of my tunica outgrowing my smooth muscle.

    Lately I've been focusing on girth exercises. I clamp 2-3 times a week and do lots of jelqing and stretching. My EQ is through the roof and I've been growing very quickly. I've added at least 1/4" of girth in the past 2-3 weeks. I'm happy with my base girth, so I'll be concentrating my girth exercises on the end of my shaft. If my midshaft and head girth were the same as my base girth I would be very happy.

        Consistanly measuring BPFSL over 7 3/8". EQ has been fluctuating as has my BPEL.

          Had a couple random erections today. Always a good sign. For some reason I'm feeling like this is a good rest day for me.

          Measured 6.9" BPEL last night. Can't wait till I hit that 7.0"

            Decided to do some girth work tonight. I kept things to lower intensity, but my workout went for about 50 min. I've backed off my girth routine as of late and I feel like I've lost a little bit of girth. It's not quite as full as 1-2 weeks ago. I used to clamp every day. At first my EQ was amazing, but eventually it started to tail off and it went down. Now that my gains have started to subside it looks like perhaps I should do more girth work.

            We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

              Measured 7.5" BPFSL today. Last week I measured a full 7.0" BPEL. My first goal has finally been achieved!

              Major changes to my workouts have been a significant decrease in time spent and significant decrease in intensity. Same workouts, just less force and less time. I've also been doing increased days off. Often times I'll go two full days without a workout. I've also been cutting down on time spent edging. I used to try to do like 45+ minutes a day and I've cut down to 20 min sessions.

              The less is more approach has been working for me really well lately.

                Good for you dry jelq! It's good to see the less is more approach can work for guys almost 2 years into PE.

                  I got overzealous with my workouts and I been having bad PIs the past two weeks. I lost most of my gains. My girth is way down and my length is down as well. About 1/4" in both.

                  I've taken the past week off from PE and my PIs are improving. EQ is up and I've felt some pretty good hangs the past week. I was really really horny saturday. Something I hadn't felt in a while. I'm going to continue my Decon Break for at least another week or two.

                  I really need to just stick to a beginner's routine for an extended period of time after I get back to PE. No exercises over 75% erection. Just jelqing and stretches.

                    I've lost a lot more girth. I'd say I'm either at 5.0" of girth right now or maybe even less. Definitely disappointing.

                    My dick will not fucking stop turtling.

                      I started doing jelqing again this past week. After a couple days my dick has been responding very well. I'd say I've got back 1/4" in girth in about a week. I did also just recently start drinking green tea again. Green Tea has always seemed to help my PIs.

                      I've done exercises 3 days in a row now. Just a few hours ago I did some girth work followed by a session of edging. Overall PIs have definitely improved. My flaccid has been very soft. Not quite the "magic jelly" state, but definitely getting there. Still need to work on EQ though.

                      I've already done a workout today, but my dick is still wanting more. Going to leave my dick alone for the next day or two. I have a tendency to overdo my workouts. Less is definitely more for me most of the time.

                        I ended up doing a workout a fourth day in a row. I saw some slight loss in gains, but no loss of EQ. I knew this was a big sign that I needed rest and took two days off. Yesterday I had a great workout that included edging and supra slams. I came probably 3-4 times without having a refractory period.

                        Today I did some Uli's and jelqs. My dick looked fucking massive. I'm almost worried that I'm gaining too fast as a result of some injury. Going to take a couple days off. In the past my EQ has freefell after gaining too quickly, so I don't want to repeat that. I could also use some time to mentally adjust to my sudden gains. No measurements as of right now tho.

                          Did some edging last night. My horniness is down quite a bit today. Though I am taking antibiotics right now for an ear infection, so that could be part of it. However my EQ is down a little bit as well.

                          I'm going to refrain from PE until Sunday unless my PIs are through the roof tomorrow.

                              Lately I've been doing a 3 days on, 2 days off routine and its been working very well. The only downside has been that my first day off from PE I've had poor PIs, but after that second day my dick looks and feels noticably different.

                              Here's an overview of my routine.

                              Day 1:
                              Start with some light stretches, move to 50% jelqs, finish up with some 75% jelqs

                              Day 2:
                              Start with some 50% jelqs, slowly move up to 90% jelqs and 90-95% Ulis

                              Day 3:
                              Start with 75% jelqs, move into Ulis and 90% jelqs. Then I do edging and/or slammers. I warm down and then do a lot of stretches, followed by another warm down.

                              Day 4:
                              Rest and Heat

                              Day 5:
                              Rest, Heat, Edging

                              The stretching at the end of day 3 is what has been bringing down my EQ, but I feel that its been critical to my gains so far. I've definitely gained a minimum 1/4" in girth in the past 2-3 weeks. Tho no official measurement can confirm that. Before I started this routine, I could easily wrap my index finger and thumb around my dick midshaft with room to spare. Last week I could barely do it. This week there's a decent amount of some space between my index finger and thumb. When I shake it while its 75-80% it feels a lot heavier.
