    Hey everyone, I found the forum a couple of months ago and have been reading a lot, and had a few false starts on JP's 90 day program. But now I've started to get it part of my daily routine, and have followed it for a bit more than a week, so I decided to go ahead and start a progress log! I'm very excited that this stuff works and I'm very excited to see it working (but trying to keep myself from overdoing it due to like 90% of people's posts saying "don't over do it!").

    So on to the stats. I measured back in October when I started 'trying out' the exercises for the first time, but not in any sort of consistent way.

    Starting Stats:

    NBPFL: 3.25
    BPFL: Didn't measure this back then.
    BPFSL: Didn't measure.
    NBPEL: 5.75 (with a bit of an upward curve that if I push straight is closer to 6, but I'm measuring with a ruler so 5.75 it is)
    BPEL: 6.0
    EG: 5.75 (at all stages of erection my EG is larger or equal to my EL)

    My flaccid has been a bit better so I've remeasured it and the ones I didn't before so right now its:

    NBPFL: 3.5
    BPFL: 4.25 (weird.. why is this so much bigger and my BPEL isn't that much bigger?)
    BPFSL: 6.0
    FG: 4.0

    I also feel like there is a fair bit of variance in my EL, due to my EQ varying between as low as 8 and as high as 10 (or what I think is a 10) from day to day. Two more PE related things.

    Before even starting PE, I had a bit of a turkey neck, but really didn't know wtf it was. It actually really sucks because when I'm having sex and really hard one of my balls will sometimes get pushed up inside of me!! This is not fun, but after reading the forum and understanding what is causing it I've developed some strategies to avoid that happening during sex, and have been working to stretch the 'correct' part of the skin to get rid of the turkey neck. The second thing is that I've been trying to give up porn, but its damn hard!

    Sorry for the long post, one last detail I'm doing 2-on 1-off then 3-on 1-off so that it fits into a week and I can plan around the time spent PEing.

    It's your progress log put in it what ever you want. It's a very good idea to keep a log and if you do it on line you'll get feed back as you go. I think I saw a porn addict group here I'll bet some of those guys could give you some good pointers. Good luck with your endeavors.

      Long very hot shower to warm up (normally use hot wash cloth and boiling water, but this worked pretty well).
      Stretches in the shower (just the first part of JP90)
      Out of the shower did the rest of the routine (Wet and V jelqs)
      Did not warm down, but usually I do.

      I noticed in the shower, when I slowed the circular stretches down a lot and focused on getting a nice stretch throughout, that by the end of the stretches I was stretching to a fair bit further than normal. My FSL is not super long and I felt like taking my time more on the circular ones and also stretching a bit more firmly on those allowed me to stretch further. Hopefully that's a good sign!

      Now to eat half a chicken.

        After my chicken last night, as I was going to bed, I felt pretty sore for the first time after doing PE. I've never really felt any real soreness, but last night I did and it was certainly not 'painful' but nevertheless I was pretty worried I had fucked up badly by not warming down or had stretched to hard. But this morning I had solid morning wood and no soreness or any other signal that things weren't completely normal.

        I've read a fair bit of people saying "some soreness is okay" and many people saying "any pain is bad, stop now". So where is that line when soreness is pain that means you've gone too far? Thanks!

          Did JP's full routine Tuesday and today, while taking Wednesday off. Everything seems good so far. I do have a question though:

          Would doing additional stretches throughout the day, and on the off days, be a mistake? My thinking is that all those extenders, you're suppose to wear them as much as possible, and they are just stretching your dick right? So, is it okay to add more stretches? Thanks!

            2nd Week of JP's program finished. I'll probably measure at the end of next week out of curiosity, but I'm guessing I shouldn't expect any change. I've been much much hornier than usual lately, which I guess is good with regards to the PE, but has completely destroyed my ability to not look at porn. Oh well.

            I read something on here that talked about testing if your jelq is good by touching the glans to see if its hard. So, during my jelqs I touched it and sure enough its very firm. But my V-Jelqs are not going particularly well. My dick, especially while not 100% erect, is an oval shape (wider horizontally than vertically). When doing V-Jelqs it keeps slipping so that it rotates, and the targeted areas are no longer the ones in contact with the V formed by my fingers.

            So far I've tried holding the glans with my other hand to prevent the whole thing from rotating, but this is very hit or miss. Something that works pretty well, but is not ideal for obvious reasons, is that if I do the V-Jelqs while at a higher erection percentage my penis no longer slips into a rotation. I'm talking like 80% erect here though! I then let it die down some to do the wet jelqs.

            Is this okay to be doing? Also, what should I be feeling with the V-Jelq, because I'm definitely not getting the same effect as the wet jelqs so I am worried I'm doing it wrong. I've read the descriptions and I think (when its not slipping sideways) my technique is about right... Its possible I'm not putting enough pressure at the fork in the V into the penis (focusing most of the force squeezing it as I go up). But doing this with more pressure gives a strange feeling like tendons or some shit are slipping around. Whatever it is, the feeling was weird enough that I let up on the pressure. Ideas ?

              Just had one of my best workouts so far! JP's routine + edging:

              VERY hot shower
              Basic stretches, really focusing on slow, deliberate, and firm stretching throughout
              Wet Jelqs
              V-Jelqs
              10 minutes of edging (yeah I'm really new to edging)

              I am going to read some more about edging because I might be making it more intense than its suppose to be. For the first, and second, time ever I was able to reach the PONT and prevent orgasm using a really long hard kegel. I've tried this many times in the past, and I think I was catching it a little to late and kegeling not hard or long enough to prevent myself from orgasming.

              Still having a hard time with the V-jelq, but getting higher erection percentage does fix things and I'm able to do it without rotation at closer to 60% erection. And I'm still pretty reliant on porn or at the very least erotic stories for edging. I'm going to try to completely phase out porn (pictures & videos) and rely only on stories. And hopefully that will make the eventual transition to getting rid of all 'porn' and relying only on feeling easier? We will see.

                VERY hot shower
                Basic stretches in shower (did the whole set of stretches twice)
                150 Wet Jelqs
                90 V-Jelqs
                Edged for 10 min.

                The hot shower is really turning out to be way better than using a hot wash cloth. The wash cloth must be reheated every minute or so, and I have to boil more water half way through the warm up to keep going. Wish I had a microwave so badly right now.

                I had an AMAZING flaccid hang after getting out of the shower, and I feel like I'm definitely getting a better stretch by just doing the stretching side of the routine twice. I'm able to stretch a fair bit further during the second time around and it seems like I must be speeding through the first set of stretches or something. For edging I still had to use a little porn, very frustrating to be so reliant on it, but for most of it I just used some sexy emails my gf and I sent to each other and that got me through most of it.

                  It seems that you're doing quite good... And will do even better after a while.
                  JP's routine is intense and there's no need to add additional stretching as it could lead you to overtraining. If you still want to do more, I'd advise you to do JAI stretches each time you go to the bathroom (JAI Stretch - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness) or bed fowfers (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...ers-101-a.html). They are of low intensity but remember ro keep watching your PIs.
                  About your penis rotating while you do V-jelqs, if you manage to stabilize it the way you said, then keep at it and don't go above 80% erection level (it's already quite high, 60-70% is better).
                  Quiting porn is tough but it seems that you're on the good track. Reading sex stories can definitely be a good substitute...

                    Thanks for the advice normalguy! I will stick to JP's routine, try to make the stretches I do really count, and add some JAI stretches in the bathroom. Its just very tempting to add in stretches since I haven't been getting any negative PIs, and length is my main goal. I was also a little bit more inclined to up the stretches because some posts say that more girth makes length gains harder, and thinking "oh shit better double up!" I'll resist the urge though, thanks again!

                    Same routine again today, no point in rewriting the details. Had a half-assed edging session because I didn't want to cum and I didn't think I would succeed in holding it back after the PONR. The reason I didn't want to release, is that some of the threads I've read sound like not orgasming after a workout led to a better flaccid hang during the day. And that is DEFINITELY what I noticed today. I didn't check up on my little guy a lot, and I kind of assumed it had gone back to normal, but when I checked a little while ago it was hanging well and thicker than usual. Going to try to stick with NOT finishing off during the edging, or at least alternate back and forth, and see how that goes. V-Jelqs still a pain in the ass, still have to keep it at pretty high erection levels to keep it from rotating. Managed to jelq and edge without porn, yay, using stories and such. Maybe in a few weeks I'll be able to ditch them as well.

                    I take a number of supplements for weight lifting and have now added a couple for PE, the list is:
                    Men's daily multi-vitamin
                    Fish oil (currently at 1440mg a day, but trying to increase that)
                    ZMA before bed
                    Vitamin D (unrelated to either, but might as well include it)
                    Creatine (in my protein shakes, so its for weight lifting)
                    L-Arginine 500mg (new for PE, but should help lifting as well)
                    L-Lysine 500mg (new for PE, but also should help lifting)

                    Question to anyone out there: I'm thinking about including 'before' pictures, but I noticed most progress logs don't include pictures. Any reason for this? Any reason not to include them?

                        RE pictures...I think some people just aren't comfortable with showing their penises to the world. They also might have a wife that may not like it.

                        If you're ok with it, post away.

                          Okay, thanks! I don't have pictures that would be useful for starting measurements, because they don't have a ruler in them. But I'll be measuring in at the one month mark (after xmas) and will include measurement photos then. As for the routine/progress I followed my 3-on-1-off then 2-on-1-off up until Monday when I came to visit family and didn't bring lube (nor have I really had the alone time to dedicate to it). So I've only done warm up and stretches since Monday. I'm hoping to buy a small thing of lube tonight and get back on the jelq train tomorrow!

                            Tried to do the full routine yesterday, but was high while doing the jelqs and things felt too intense after 2 sets, so only ended up doing warm up, stretches, and 2/3 of the jelq part of the JP90 routine.

                            More importantly, it's measurement day! Its been a full month since I started the routine, and my current measurements just taken are:

                            FL: 4.0
                            FG: 4.25
                            BPFL: 4.5
                            BPFSL: 6.25

                            NBPEL: 5.9-6.0 (its really close)
                            BPEL: 6.25
                            EG: ~5.9-6.0

                            My erect girth is thickest just below my circumcision scar and that is where I measure. But, due to how I am measuring it (string, and then lining the string up to a ruler) there is a little bit of a range in interpreting how taut the string should be (it stretches a little if it is pulled tight). I'm uploading pictures with this post of FL, NBPEL, and BPEL being measured. I REALLY need to get a different ruler or something. This one is really hard to include in pictures (it's translucent plastic and shines badly in pictures, and is hard to read). The numbers on the ruler are pretty small, so I had to get the camera closer and so it doesn't show the whole thing. Hopefully in the future I can use a ruler that is more readable from a distance. I currently have no way to photograph measurements for girth, but I might end up getting a tape measure before next month and in that case will include them too.

                            I'm glad that I have some gains, although these so far could very easily be attributed to improved EQ. One last thing, looking at the FL picture again, it looks like I have the ruler placed oddly against my body, but this is because there is an indentation? at the base where the penis connects to the body which is further in than the surrounding skin (hopefully this makes sense).

                              Another week of doing JP's routine done (1month and 1week). EQ has been really good lately. I bought a cloth measuring tape, and it is going to work much much better for my own measurements as well as showing up in pictures. I sort of feel like I need to increase the intensity of my workouts a little. So I'm starting to hold the directional stretches a little longer. Also, I've noticed something a bit strange. Whenever I warm up in the shower and try to do stretches immediately my dick will stretch a certain amount, and I can feel the stretch in the ligs and all. But, if I jump out of the shower, dry off, and wait a few minutes then I can stretch much further before the ligs start feeling it (and with less physical force needed). Its like out of the shower the penis has relaxed and will allow itself to stretch more before pulling on the ligs. Thoughts on this? Any explanations why this would happen?
