Hey guys! I finally got the time and will to make a jounal. Hopefully I keep up with this or I'm going to end up killing myself
(not really lol). The main reason I'm doing this journal is so I stay consistent with my exercises, and hopefully get a few people push me
. I found out about PE about two years ago, but never really did it because, 1) I wasn't 18 so I didnt want to risk it, and 2) I was to lazy haha. I started to do it off and on (mostly on but not following the strict routine) since September.
For a little information about myself, I am currently 18 years old and a senior in high school, trying to get a good head start with PE. I am a muslim, parents are from Pakistan, but I was born in Chicago, IL. I am 5'7" 152 , pretty fit (work out 5 days a week). I love pretty much every sport except soccer (sorry soccer fans), but unfortunatly never played any because I was stupid
. Since I never played any real sports, hopefully I can become a master in bed (sounds so corny haha)(still a virgin by the way).
My measurements and goals are:

10 Minute Warm-up
5 Minute Stretching
The Squeeze - 50 Reps with small rests between every 10
Side-to-Side Stretches - 300 Reps (for now) with rest between every 100
20 Minutes of Edging
Warm Down if I have time
1 Day off

I hope to reach NBPEL of 8" and EG of 6" a year from now. If it comes sooner than that, oh man will I be happy.

Accidently fell asleep today at like 5:30 pm after I came home from my final exam. Then I had a dream of me waking up at 3:00 am and doing PE and ended up waking at 2:50 am haha. Time to go back to bed, night.

It's a good thing to start a log: it'll help keep track of your progress and you can have advices from more advanced PEers...
I had a look at your routine and must warn you against doing squeezes: they are advanced exercises and the risk of injury if you do them while your penis is not conditioned, i.e. when you have been PEing for less than 3 months consistently, is high... My advice would be to stick to what you've done so far and you should do great.
Watch your PIs and think of including kegels (and reverse kegels).
A year might be a bit short to reach your goal, but you never know...

You are starting young - way ahead of the curve for a lot of guys - keep it up! You routine looks good - stay consistent in your workouts and you'll get to your goals. Even if you mix up your routine, just stay consistent. And follow normalguy's advice and save the advanced stuff for later.

I did about 7-8 weeks of solid PE training, then I started going 'off and on.' On Big Al's thread, it says the following: "We highly suggest that you have at least 6 weeks of solid training experience before attempting this advanced routine." I recounted my weeks I did solid PE a few times, making sure I had over 6, because I am well aware of the injuries that can happen if I am not ready for them.
For the PI's, I check them regularly.
And for the Kegels and Reverse Kegels, I do have them in my routine but I just forget to add it in my log.
Haha I know a year is a too short for that but it's just a dream of mine, it wouldn't bother me at all if I don't get there. If I get gains, I'm a happy camper. :P

Had an awesome workout today. I added some erect kegels while I did edging and my dick looked bigger then ever! I think this will be hard to understand but here it goes. I did ** 3 sets of... 5 second kegels -> rest (10 seconds) -> 10 second kegels -> rest (10 seconds) -> 15 second kegels -> rest (10 seconds) -> 20 second kegels -> continue with edging. I did my next set after I reach another PONR. Then did 3 sets of 30 second kegels, starting each set after I reached a PONR. I'm going to do these on day one and three on the 3 day routine, and day 2 on the 2 day routine.
Edit: Also measured my nbpfsl - 6 inches
