    Dear diary

    With the first day of the new year arriving i have decided to begin my pe diary.

    Time has flown over the years and although i don't like to keep track of my age i notice i am 38 years of age. This brings great disappointment to me because i had assumed i was only about 33 but alas i am not.

    From a very young age i have been greatly disappointed by my penis size.

    BPEL 6 inch EG 5.1 inch

    At the age of 13 i thought my penis size was huge but alas that was when it stopped growing. Over the next 2 years i shot up in height to 180cms but my penis remained the same size has it is today. In the changing rooms at school i noticed some other boys had much larger penises than mine and that's when my heart began to sank because i wasn't huge afterall.

    On the 23rd December 2010 i stumbled across PEGym and from that day on i have practised pe and through 2011 i will dedicate myself to pe and by the end of 2011 it would be an absolute dream to have vital statistics of:

    BPEL 7 inches

    EG 5.7

    I fully understand these are very lofty ambitions but i have the desire and belief that these lofty ambitions can be achieved. I'm pretty sure i will get disappointed along the way because the growths could be so tiny that i may not even notice the millimetre growths which could occur from one month to the next. Over this upcoming year though hopefully those tiny millimetre growths will have all added up in to signifigant gains which will make me very happy.

        Yes we are about the same size and although we are still average length both our girths are pretty thick, considering our lengths. So i suppose we should be both happy about that.

            Dear diary

            I had to edit my first entry because i had measured my bpel incorrectly, i didn't realise i had to push the ruler hard against my pubic bone. So after doing this my actual bpel is 6 inches not 5.7, i haven't grown this much in a day it was just incorrect measuring on my behalf.

            I did another pe workout today and i think i am definately overtraining because usually i can just look at my penis and it gets wood but over the past few days it struggles to get a woody, even looking at my favourite pornstars doesn't really help me, i mean i looked at one of my all time favourites Sarah Young a few hours back and unbelievably i struggled to get even a semi: if on the off chance your reading this Sarah i do deeply apologise. I know you've been retired a few years now so i hope your having a happy retirement? If on the off chance you want to come out of retirement and you like the look of my vitals (check above) don't hesitate to get in contact with me.

              Over the past two weeks i have compared my vitals with many other pegymers and although my bpel at 6 inches and my eg at 5.1 inches seemed to be average what was way below average was my bpfsl at 4.5 inches. Virtually everyone elses flacid length equalled or surpassed their erect length but mine was 1.5 inches shorter than my erect length so i started a thread to ask if my lack of stretchability would impede my gains?

              Anyway one particular guy answered and said it was my tunica and he gave me a link to this fascinating thread.

              After reading this eye opening article it appears i need to concentrate on stretching my tunica through stretching exercises this is because:

              Apparently easy gainers in pe often have only one layer of tunica, whilst most have two, whilst hardgainers often have 3 tough layers surrounding the 3 chambers in their penis.

              I'm really hopeful i've only got one layer of tunica, the reason i think i might is because when i'm flacid and warmed up i only stretch to 4.5 inches but when i'm erect my penis stretches a further 1.5 inches to 6 inches. So that tells me my tunica is not stronger than the 3 chambers in my penis because when the chambers expand when i'm erect my tunica cannot contain the expanding chambers but it has to stretch 1.5 inches along with the 3 chambers.

              Because tunica stretching is my main priority i need to do my stretching completely flacid and the only way i can do this is? Jerkin my gerkin to ejaculation before every pe workout. Doing this will give me a 20-25 minute golden window where i can do my tunica stretching completely flacid and then when i see life i can jelq at the perfect low erection level.

              I know it's been said that bashing the bishop is not good for pe gains but neither would it be good for me to do my tunica stretching with a rock hard on. So jerkin the gerkin is what i've decided so jerkin the gerkin is what i shall do before every pe session. Will i gain? will i not gain? we'll see.

                Wow very interesting! I appear to be the same way! I don't have exact bpfsl I do know it is shorter when I measured it before! And my flaccid is never really that stretchy when warmed up! I'd like to keep following and see how you do!!

                      Resting past 3 days due to very negative P I but will start again tomorrow on Remeks tgh theory working mainly on my tunica.

                      Finally i'd like to pay my respects to boxer Gary Mason. Although i had forgotten about him, when it was announced he died in a bike crash the memories of him came flooding back. I can remember watching some of his exciting fights on tv in the late 80's and 90's and has well has a great fighter he also seemed a nice guy. R.I.P Gary.

                        Why do you ejac? After I come Idk if I'm more stretchy.. I doubt it though! Also good luck man! I'll measure as soon as I can in college and then try for begining of every month also!

                          There's nothing scientific why i ejerkulate before pe it's just if i don't i get too hard then i can't stretch correctly.

                          Good luck to you has well mate! We'll make great gains has the months go by i'm sure of it. Also if your pushed for privacy time at collage some days maybe you could try a potentially quick routine like this.

                              Thanks man! Jus lOoked at it! Not bad I'll continue to do my program for awhile like four more weeks then well see! can't wait to measure when I'm done I hope I make gains!
