    Starting stat's: BPEL 6.0" -- BPFSL 6.75" -- EG 6.5" I started with JP's 90-day beginners routine. I followed all the instructions, BUT I was stupid the first 2 weeks and did every excersize every day. Beginning 16 December, I began resting at least 2 days per week.

    Jan 2011 --BPEL 6.5", That's right - couldn't believe it at first. I posted a thread "I had to blink and measure again." Got many good compliments that encouraged me to continue. Other measurements stayed the same this month.

    Don't post general questions on here, cause I hope to just do updates here every two weeks or monthly.

    Ultimate Goal: BPEL 8.0"-- BPFSL 8.5"-- EG 6.5" (plenty of girth already, anything more is a bonus and won't be refused!!)

    10 Jan 2011 no new measurements, but on the FANTASTIC advice of danvers, I am now adding some skin exersizes to correct very tight shaft skin. If circumcision were haircuts, I would have a high-and-tight. But I have never played around with any dick but my own, so I am really just realizing this. I am learning a lot! I have, since age 14 or so, had what I now know as hair creep: my circumcision (as an infant) is so tight that I have hair on the base inch or so (on the topside), and on the underside (at my nutsack), about 1 and a 1/2 inches. Since my marriage 10 years ago, I have shaved this hair off the base. Even with my legs apart, moving my erection has always moved my testicles A LOT. My shaft skin has always been tight and even shiney during an erection, even though, in general, I do not have oily skin. Dry masturbation has always been impossible, since I have zero room for skin movement. I noticed on some porn that some guys (most guys?) can grasp their erect shaft and move up or down. I can't do that, and always thought it was normal!

    I am following their instructions, while continuing with JP's 90-day Beginners Routine. I have also added Bio-Oil for 2 reasons: to prevent the impending stretch marks I will get while trying to correct my shaft skin, and as a jelqing oil. I have also added 500mg of L-lysene tablets, another skin supplement.

    Circumcision is idiotic! The excuse is it makes cleaning the penis easier. Well, for the same excuse, perhaps we should cut the arse-cheeks off of babies as well? My son was circumcized, at the insistence of my wife, but I told the doctor to make it a "low and loose not a high-and-tight," which he did.

      15 January 2011 Last post was just my rant.

      I am still looking into foreskin restoration, but have decided to finish my 90-day beginner routine first.

      I measured today. Same conditions, same ruler, etc. 6.75" A quarter-inch gain!!!!! I am really feeling confident about REST DAYS. They are really important.

      I am still doing the my PE routine on Tues, Thurs and Saturdays, and resting all other days, other than some stretches, very light.

      However, my PE routine is about an hour and a half on the "on" days. I am:
      Warming up at least 15 minutes: 5 minutes of bed fowfers, then 10 minutes hot water. Then...
      Jelqing 300 reps - this takes about 40 minutes, with helicopter shakes every 5 minutes or so. I have been slowly adding reps - 25 more per week, since I began (started with 150). I do the jelqs in the shower, as the water on my back keeps my basal body tempurature higher - and therefore keeps things limber. I concentrate on doing the jelqs with a 40% erection, as I am targeting length.
      And then a mixture of manual stretches for 15 minutes. Of these, I mainly stretch out completly (or nearly) flaccid with an "ok" grip. With the other hand, I knead and otherwise manipulate and stretch the lowest, deepest tendons and muscles I can possible reach. I wish someone could name whatever this is ^^^^.
      Often the deep kneading leads to erection, surprisingly fast, which leads to an edging session for about 20 minutes, although this is not a very intense routine, and I don't ejaculate. I just concentrate on holding as full an erection as possible.

      By the way, the 6.75" measurment was taken 3 times, about 5 minutes apart, and was not part of an edge session.

      I am really happy with my progress. I continue to read posts on here (and nowhere else any more) and I am learning many things about intermediate and advanced techniques, but I am sticking with the beginner stuff without exception.

      I would appreciate some constructive criticism. Today is day 45 - the half-way point of the beginner phase. What can I do to fine tune this??

            you have 6.5 BPEL, and a whopping 6.5 EG to match? I wish i had 6.5 EG!!! LOL. You are doing great with gains, i don't think you need suggestions. You should be giving me suggestions on how to get that much girth

              Heres a suggestion keep doing JP 90 and what you are doing because you are gaining. Why try to change it when you are gaining???
              Heres is a very important tip keep a eye on your PI's by all means list your positive and negatives . If you want check out my log and see the PI layout I'm using from Excerising The Penis Book. Hope this helps you!! Good luck on more gains to come!!!

                  As for suggestions for "that much girth" I was just born with it! It did have a drawback - my overall penis looked short. But now I am focusing on length gains. Wish I could tell you the secret to girth, but I have to claim genetics on this one.

                      This is awesome!!
                      I look forward to my gains. I have a question though, do you really need the pills JP requires? I've been PEing for week now without the pills. But I drink a lot of Green Tea and eat one egg a day for L-Arginine..

                          Just measured, and before I did, I read through this progress log and reviewed my exact routine for measuring.

                          And the results are (drumroll, please!).....Another 1/4 inch. I am now at a solid 7" in BPEL. This was measured three times, same ruler as always, and each measurment about 10 minutes apart. I am more convinced than ever that rest days are essential. Sometimes I do PE 3 days in a row, and I did take 2 days off last week. But for the most part, I am doing PE every other day.

                          There is no way these gains are sustainable! I must not get used to 1/4 inch gain every two weeks. I am not hoping to plateu soon, but won't be surprised if i do, either. Since I started PE, I have gained a half-inch in EQ (I was a 7 or 8 EQ most of the time, now a 9 +), and another half-inch from the routines. I am not going to change anything about my routine. Why would I?

                          Completely delighted! The reason PE works is I DID NOT re-invent the wheel. I am doing a combo of JP's and Kingpoles advanced beginner (no balooning).

                          As for the FR, I have been wearing the DTR about twice a week for 2 to 3 hours. This is difficult for me to get used to, but I am trying to increase my time.
