What's up, I started one month ago, my erect penis is 5'' lenght 5'' girth.....my goal for 2 or 3 months from now would be 6'' lenght and 5.5 girth....i hope i can make it.....im gonna measure my flacid state dough thats something I forgot to do, I think ive seen an increase in my flacid state but i certanily havent seen any improvement in my erect state.....ill keep posting...peace

Sergio: You'll probably want to increase the intensity too. The beginner's routine is generally good for the first 6 weeks or so.
