I noticed when I take a long break my EQ went down how you describe earlier. I wasn't faithfully doing my kegels like I was post to do. But after that I started to do them again my EQ drastically improved. There could be other factors to this too like your intensity, duration rest days. What helps me is to log your PI's neg and positive . I have a example in my progress log it is from the penis bible. hope this helps good luck!!

Thanks Danner, I took a look at it. I'm on the edge right now about taking a week off. I'd like to take a week off so that if I'm actually overtraining I won't find out 2-3 weeks from now and then technically have wasted even longer than just a week. But at the same time I don't because I don't have any pain, soreness or unusual turtling. And I'd like to not waste a week. I'm thinking about taking a week off but still do kegals every other day. Today's my workout day... I'll make the decision by later today.

Ended up working out today anyways. Actually a great workout. I warmed up in the shower for 10 minutes in hot water and then stretched in the same temperature hot water for 5-10 minutes. Really good stretch. I did 3 sets of straight out, left, right, up, and down, each held for ~30 seconds. I also added helicopter shakes and clock stretches (?).. biggest my flaccid has ever been. Had a good 12 minute jelq session and then warmed down with some more stretches and then tried putting a cold cloth on it for a cool down. Not sure how I feel about the cool-down, it was also only for a minute or two (privacy issue). Next time I might try for a 5-10 minute cool down.
Made it out to the gym today as well. I tried to go last night but there were no tags left - the school has tags so they don't go over capacity. The workout was decent but I still can't do much because of my shoulder.
I'm not going to try it for awhile, maybe start near the end of my JP90 routine. Once I get to it I will definitely give that a try.Nothin2ItBut2DoIt's Progress Log

Well... I decided I'm going to take a week off. I'm not getting any erections during the day, and never waking up with erections. I'm not overly worried about morning wood because I never got it a lot anyways but I'm not getting any erections throughout the day and my EQ when I masturbate (which has prob been like twice since I started PE - although I've been having sex on the weekends). I don't know if any of this really has anything to do with PE because I don't think I've been as horny as I used to be (used to jerk off daily) since just before Christmas with all the stress I was having.
The only thing that I can think of that I may have been doing wrong was stretching. Since I'm uncut I have to pull back the skin and then grip directly behind the glans, and then when I pull I put pressure on them. The head of my dick is sensitive/sore after my PE sessions. When I start again I'm going to try using baby powder for stretching.. don't know if it will help but I read that a lot of people use that.
While I'm taking a break I'm going to continue doing kegels to try and improve my EQ. I was also thinking about stretching still - anyone think that might be a problem? Obviously I wouldn't stretch like I was before though.
I'm a little disappointed that I have to take a week off, hopefully not more, but what's a week in the long run... right? (still doesn't make me feel any better).
I'll still be on the site and stuff and seeing if anyone has any suggestions at all.

I am wondering: are you able to stretch with your foreskin down, or part-way down? Since I am circumcised, I am clueless to whether or not you can, but I would guess that baby powder on the glans of an uncut dick would seriously dry the skin. It may be helpful for gripping during the stretch, but not after.

The reason I pull my foreskin back is so that I have somewhere to grip for the stretch. I grip right behind the glans and pull. If I don't grip here all I do is stretch my skin and not my penis itself. I tried using a sock so that I can grip at various parts of my penis, although it works better than just my hand I am still only stretching the skin and not the penis..
It's been 4 days off of PE and still no change. No erections period, except when I'm with my girlfriend and we are starting to fool around. She was over on the weekend and we only had sex once. Last night she offered it and I didn't do it! My EQ is probably less than 50% during sex.. almost to the point where it's not hard enough for penetration. I think it's getting in my head and that I'm "self-inducing" erectile dysfunction... I'm going to give it until Thursday and then probably book an appointment with my doctor. The only problem with that is that if I get a pill or something to help fix this I don't want to become dependent on it. So my problem is that I think it's in my head, but as much as I tell myself that it doesn't help.
Midasman, I was thinking the same thing about the baby powder for stretching. I'd also have to wash it off before using baby oil for my jelqing, seems like it would be pretty messy. I'm still going to give it a try though.

After posting a thread and getting responses from Midasman and diesel I feel stupid about the situation. Most likely everything is in my head and I'm just increasing my problem.
I'm going to take a few more days off, relax, and not worry about it. Hopefully everything goes well.
SO, back to PE. I was thinking about adding bed fowers to my routine. I've tried it a lot but can't get it.. When I stretch my dick out and put it in between my legs I can feel a stretch for 5-10 seconds, and then I can feel my penis retracting and pulling out of the stretch. Then my skin is just getting stretched between my legs (no more stretching of my dick or ligaments). I think that I'm most likely doing them wrong.Nothin2ItBut2DoIt's Progress Log

Hi there,
I'm a newbie myself, and I've been trying out the JP's 90 day routine. I'm two weeks into the routine myself, and then two days ago, I started experiencing the same symptons that you are having. (Less sex drive, less sensitivity, and low EQ, can't get random erection during the day/night). I don't know what happened, but it just happened overnight. I stopped my routine for now to see if things will start to get better again. And I totally agree that some of it has to do with your head as well. I can still manage to get an erection when i watch porn and masturbate, but I have to work really hard to get my dingdong up, and when I stop watching and masturbate my erection almost immediately goes away. This problem just happened about two days ago, so i'm just gonna rest until i feel 100%. I'll keep u posted. I'll also keep an eye on your thread since it seems we are having the same problem here. I've also been having some stress issues, and some lack of sleep. I've been feeling pretty fatique, and tired and some loss of appetite in the past two days. I'm not sure if this is the CAUSE of my eq problem, or some of the affects of depression due to my EQ. I have to say, I HATE this feeling lol luckily i'm in a long distance relationship and i won't be seeing my girl til summer, so i still have some time to recuperate.
I might not be explaining...
