People keep telling me I should start a progress thread, and I'm not really sure why I haven't yet. So for those of you telling me... here goes nothing
and for those of you yet to have the pleasure of my ramblings.. strap in, If I haven't strapped you in already
. Those who know me know I like to talk ... a *lot* ... so this should be fun.
I've been here a few months already so I'd better summarise where I'm starting from, and I'll edit this post over the next few days to add links to threads I've found important, participated in or should have put in my progress log if I'd had one.
So briefly then, Hello!
I've had a premature ejaculation problem develop gradually over the last ten years, and over the last six it got stupid where I'd basically blow my load as soon as entering a woman. I read a *lot* and tried many things to tackle it, but to no avail. I was kind of resigned to that just being the way I was. It came on of its own accord without any significant changes in lifestyle, and I suppose I hoped it would just fix itself as spontaneously as it started. So on a completely separate train of thought I thought I'd just give PE a go, I mean who knows if it would work, I had nothing to lose and I figured if I was gonna come in two pumps, at least it would be some compensation to have a huge cock!
So I started doing PE exercises without a real routine around the end of august 2010, then in December I found this site, started doing JP90 and found some truly enlightening threads on tackling premature ejaculation and signed up immediately.
Since then I've done my 90 days (ish), gaining nearly half an inch in length, and made enormous progress on my premature problem by learning a great deal of awareness of my body and arousal, and by training my pelvic floor muscles. A couple of weeks ago I had some fantastic sex where for the first time in 10 years my stamina was back. Who knows if it's fixed for good, we'll see.
In the meantime I'm now continuing to explore and learn more about my arousal and orgasm, with any luck to end up multi-orgasmic. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. If it happens it happens, but since gains have slowed I've decided to stop JP90 for now and start a long-distance edging routine (1hr a session minimum) instead to see what happens. Maybe there'll be gains, others have said there should be, so that'd be nice. I'm creeping up on my 7" target, but yet to see any girth gains. That'd be pretty cool too.

Sunday, wrote Mr Kipling, another hour's edging and some delightful new experiences to report.
Edging for this long really is a good thing. Significantly better than a half hour session. I've learnt a few lessons from this tonight.
Firstly, I'm stimulating myself all the way, no stopping, and it is really very difficult to go longer than an hour. My arousal is just too high and won't back off. Maybe it's like the twenty minutes thing, that once you break through that, you're back down to earth and able to just carry on without fear.
Second. What I used to think was the sensation of PONR is actually arousal level 9, and if you stay there, is the sensation of the best half hour. As I've become able to recognise the different levels of arousal, it's a little like if you can imagine putting them into boxes, and over time, I'm spacing them further and further apart. As I do so, it sometimes becomes possible to space them so far apart that I can add a new box in the middle, and stay there for a bit. I have now managed this with what used to be PONR for me. basically it would just escalate too quickly, but now, probably due to killing off involuntary kegels, I can hold it and I now see it as level 9.
When I hit level 9.5, the next obvious change, that sensation basically doubles. My pelvic floor gets tensed up to fuck and no amount of RKing or kegel holds will hold it off if I keep up stimulation, I just have to take my hands away and kegel really hard. This is about 50 or 55 minutes in.
That said, I've got better at holding it off if I let go. a few days ago it was game over. today, I stopped it in its tracks a couple of times, so that's definitely an improvement.
I'm hoping that over time I can do the same thing with level 9.5 as I've managed with level 9 and put that in a box and stay there for a while until I get to 9.9. Preferably at a time of my choosing. I'm actually pretty hopeful here, since I feel like I bounced off level 9.8 a couple of times tonight and in a way I physically felt the spasms of ejaculation, except they weren't actually happening. I don't know if that makes sense, but I know what I mean. Very pleasurable, if not *quite* orgasm. I'm expecting this to improve.
I had porn on throughout today. A light one, straight sex POV, so quite sensual and erotic, no rough stuff. The guy has a cock about the same size as mine (approx 7 x 5), so that kinda helps too. I'm a little angry at myself for using porn at all, but there you go. If it helps to make me look like less of a hypocrite, after about half an hour though I had to restart it, I had my eyes closed most of the time getting into my own sensations anyway so I wasn't even watching.
I've been trying Mantak Chia's "Cool Draw" (see excerpt below) to bring sexual energy out from the pelvis and up my spine, but I can't do it. I did get a couple of chest rushes, but by accident. It was a little odd, as they were pretty powerful, but kind of dull and ill-defined. On the other hand, I can't help all this energy going down my legs, right down to my toes. That just happens. I have no idea if this is a good sign or not.
When I was done, I noticed a couple more things. Firstly, my pecker was numb, like after good sex. That doesn't normally happen to me after masturbating. It is a good feeling. (edit: it's now an hour later, and it's still there)
Lastly, and most noticeably for me, after ejaculating I felt refreshed and revitalised, rather than spent and frustrated. I have spent many years, in fact, probably all of them where no woman was involved, having a sense of spent disappointment, almost guilt come across me after ejaculating once the rush or orgasm subsided. I'm not a religious man, certainly not Catholic, and have no guilt over masturbation conceptually whatsoever, but that feeling, explicable or not, used to be common. Today, nothing of the sort, and that was great.

- Continue to inhale and pull up and then exhale and relax several more times until you can feel a warm or tingling sensation at your perineum. Once your are able to move this sexual energy, you can simply begin using the spine like a straw, sipping the energy from your testicles and perineum right up the entire length of your spine to the base of your skull. (Gently tucking your chin in will help the energy move from your spine into your head.) Do this for five to ten minutes or until you become aware of a light or tingling feeling in your head. With your mind, try to circle the energy in your head.
- Finally, touch your tongue to the roof of you mouth half an inch behind your front teeth where the palate curves down. Your tongue works like a light switch that connects your font and back channels, allowing the energy to flow down the front of your body to your navel.

5 minutes? Haha, that's not edging, that's a wank! PreE started around the time I left uni about 10 years ago. I was fine before then and I could pretty much go as long as I wanted. A couple of times I came real quick and was like wtf? but I didn't think anything of it as it was unusual. Then gradually it just got shorter and shorter. The only thing that I can think of that changed is that I packed in recreational drugs and started drinking beer more often. Maybe that was involved? Seems unlikely, but it's the only thing I can think of that changed.

I see... I have the exact opposite issue. I can go for hours. I mean hours... so long infact I get bored. I don't wank with a heavy grip... never did. It's weird, i've never had an issue letting go with a girl too fast.
When i say 5 minute edging, I mean the 15 minutes it takes to get to that point just wanking, then trying to dance on the edge for 5 minutes LOL! I got a cramp in my perineum the last time i went for 10 minutes. I guess that's normal??

Sweet! you started a progress log. Definitely subscribing. I'll learn a thing or two about kegels and reverse kegels, since you seem very knowledgeable in that area. Also want to see what works for you regarding you're CS development.

Hey thanks wanthis... I'll do my best! I'm very easily distracted though
I'm on edging only (1 hr minimum) for a couple of weeks at least now, with no workout. BUT.. there are supposedly gains to be had from edging for that long so who knows. A couple of people have said that adding occasional pe exercises in there can not only help gains, but can also help you avoid building up tolerance to edging for growth.
I get the feeling if there's growth to be had from constant engorgement that the CS is more likely to respond than anything, not being tunica limited etc.
It'll be interesting to see anyway. Lengthwise I'm *so* close to the 6 3/4 mark now it's not funny.
