    Hey I just opened my log.Did my first session today.I was freaking awesome to restart Pe also today I restarted gym.At gym it was a fuckin disaster but the pe session felt quite nice although my lube is fucked up and I needed to masturbate in order to do my exercises.I'm following the great JP90 days routine.God bless JP.I have two questions for you guys.It's ok to jelq after you masturbate and if you have problem jelqing after gym(your cock gets too erected to do pe).Wish me good luck.Much love.And also I used shower to do warmup.It felt ok but I'm looking for a better method.

      Don't masturbate on your PE days. Only masturbate on your off-days. If you get too hard, be patient and wait for it to become "workable". You will need to be patient if you want success in PE. You will become better at keeping the good erection %.

      What works for me is hot water in a big glass, and then I put my cock in it, so the water level rises just until the base. My sack is making sure the water doesn't flow away on the ground. Many people are using a rice sock though, but at this moment I don't have the privacy to be able to use one.

        welcome back to the gym. Using a rice sock is different method of warming up as well.

            From my research, yes you can masturbate on PE days, however you probably shouldn't, as the whole process messes with your hormones and also blood flow to your penis, and thus compromises your gains, to put it in laymans terms, its like working 40 hours a week for your money, then giving 90% of it to charity.

            You can do it if you're happy to compromise your gains, however to control the damage; wait as long as possible AFTER your session to do it.
            I'm not gay, but sometimes, I look at my penis and I think, yeah... that looks pretty good.

              I dind't plan to do it but I didn't had sex for a week and I was too horny and every time I tried to wait was just useless.I was at the first set of normal jelq so it's obvious that I needed to do something.I was very motivated to start today.Also I get erected when doing the V-jelq what should a do? Squeeze a little harder.I plan to do my first week very gentle.I am scared of over training and injuries.

                So to clear this thing up when I get too erect I need to stop and wait till full flacid or near and then repeat the jelq and pause and in this way my dick will adaptate.I hope I understand it wright.

                    Day 2: JP routine+1 set of 30 seconds each directions streches
                    also I do 100 kegels and warm up and down with hot shower
                    It was okay except I got erected every set of v-jelq.What should I do with this.It will fix or I should do something? The normal jelq felt very nice.

                      Sanjuro is partially right. Studies have shown an inverse relationship between masturbation and gains. It would be more along the lines of giving 40% or so away than 90%. Save it for rest day, if you cant hold it then go, just dont make a habit of training/masturbating.

                        Day 3: Just finished the third day of my Pe road.It was the coolest session till now.Also it's the first I did a warm down.Struggled with erections but somehow I managed to complete my routine without jerking off.

                              Just finished day 5 and the first week of my pe journey.Had nice flaccid hang and an eq between 9 and 10.For the next week I'm planning using Johny Butt warm up method with hot water in a glass cause with the shower I use to much water .
