  • FlyingDutchman's great "Log" and his progress.

    Today is my off day following a 2 on 1 off regimen, so i decided to post my progress on here, i will be adding a new post every session.

    I have created a routine of my own adding more sets of stretching since i keep getting erect all the time while jelqing, which focuses more on girth, so i have decided to try and balance it out. I will be posting my gains, if any, (fingers crossed) after two weeks from Sunday.

    DAY ONE (Sunday 27th of February, 9:45 AM - 10:50 AM)


    1- 12 minute warm up using warm washcloth
    2- 10 second helicopter shakes
    3- 30 second flaccid stretch in all directions (each)
    4- repeat #'s 2 and 3
    5- 15 minute wet O.K. Jelqs

    Exercises DONE

    Warm down/Cool down:

    1- 2-3 minute COOL down using COLD washcloth
    2- Took a Warm to Hot Shower.

    While in the shower:

    1- Cleaned up, warmed up, and rinsed my hair with shampoo
    2- 10 second helicopter shakes
    3- 30 second flaccid stretch in all directions (each)
    4- Rinsed my body with body gel
    5- Repeat # 3
    6- Got out of the shower and used a COLD wash cloth on my penis for 5 minutes.

    SESSION DONE.

    As you can see, pointing out numbers 1 and 4 while in the shower were not necessary, but i feel it gives a general idea on how much time i spent in between stretches.

    Summary: everything went okay, for my first session, i don't think the amount of jelqs i did were sufficient, but i will improve them on day two. As for any pain, While jelqing, i haven't felt anything, but for the stretches, there was a definitely something going on while stretching to the left and right, but nothing painful, i think it's necessary to feel something small to know that it's actually stretching, i didn't put more force on them though.

    DAY TWO (Monday 28th of February, 12:15 AM - 1:45 AM)

    Cool Down/Warm Down:

    1- Put cold water on my hands and slowly rubbed my penis, did this for 5 minutes re-applying water.
    2- Jumped in the shower, Warm to hot water.

    Shower:

    1- Warmed up for 2-4 minutes.
    2- 30 second Flaccid Stretches in all directions
    3- Applied Hair shampoo
    4- Repeat # 2
    5- Applied body gel
    6- Repeat # 2
    7- Done with shower, Used a cold washcloth on my penis for 5 minutes

    Session DONE

    Summary:

    I felt that my last session wasn't enough, so i added 60 V-Jelqs to my routine which i will be implementing from now on, The sessions will take longer but i am dedicated. I am hoping to control my erections but i just don't know how. I didn't feel any pain except for the stretches done Left and Right (wasn't even painful( again, i don't think it's harmful but just a sign that it's being stretched, i won't be pointing this out from here on out, unless it stops.

      Great log you have going here Although if I were you I would try not tweaking a routine too much. Once you have found one you like stick to it for a couple of months. Also you should NEVER feel pain while doing PE, this isn't like hitting weights at the gym, if you' feeling pain go easier on the exercise. Most importantly, look at your PI's. Good luck!

        Yeah i know, i'm just trying to see what works best for me right now, once i find out i'll stick to it. And i don't feel pain, i just feel something, like i said, i feel it stretching, and i'm not putting force onto it, the feeling isn't even that strong.

          I took too long this session, i have decided to stop jelqing while erect, so i am now waiting for my erection to subside before carrying on, Thinking of stopping the Cool downs, i hate cold water anywhere on my body other than my hands.

              DAY 7 (Saturday 5th of March, about 1 hour and 15 minutes)

              Same as before except:

              -Increased my O.K. Jelqs by 10
              - Haven't changed my V Jelqs
              - Haven't properly done the stretches (didn't do the same number as last week, 1 rep less)

              Summary: Noticed some white spots on the shaft of my penis, looked liked because it was dry, but i don't know why, My penis is getting used to jelqs and is taking much less time for my erections to subside.

              DAY 8 (Sunday 6th of March, 1 hour-ish)

              - O.K Jelqs still at 110
              - V jelqs now increased by 10

              Summary: Feeling like i can go longer without a full erection!! didn't notice the white spots on Sudnay, but i did notice alot more today (March 9th - The day i wrote this post)



              Going off to continue on DAY 10, i have so much studies, i can't believe i'm taking off an hour to PE, i'm dedicated.

                DAY 10 (Tuesday 8th March)

                I said in my previous post that i would do my routine despite having alot of work to do, well... shame on me, i missed out.

                DAY 11 (Wednesday 9th March, 1 hour 20 minutes)

                Same follow up routine, 110 O.K. Jelqs, 70 V. Jelqs

                Summary: i can feel my penis getting thicker, i hope it's not all in my head, i will be taking my measurements on Sunday, it will be 2 weeks since i have started, my only disappointment is that i don't notice any gains in length, again, they could be all in my head, just hoping for gains, anything will help boost my confidence up. I have noticed some great changes in my flaccid length, unbelievable gains due to stretching alot, but i never got the starting stats on those since they are very inconsistent.

                  Measured my penis, sad to say, i haven't seen any gains whatsoever, i was a little disappointed but what can you do but hope for the best, after all, it has been just two weeks.

                    DAY 16 (Monday 14th March)

                    1- 10 minute warm up using a cup of warm water.
                    2- Stretches in all directions, 25 kegels each. (CHANGED)
                    3- 10 Rotating Stretches to the left
                    4- Repeat #'s 2 and 3. except this time, 10 rotating stretches to the right.
                    5- 60 Wet O.K. Jelqs
                    6- 30 Wet V-Jelqs
                    7- # 5 then # 6 repeated.

                    Exercises DONE

                    Shower: Very Warm water.

                    1- Warmed up for 2-4 minutes.
                    2- Stretches in all directions, 25 Kegels each
                    3- 10 Rotating stretches to the Left.
                    4- Applied Hair shampoo
                    4- Repeat # 2 and # 3, except 10 rotations to the right.
                    5- Applied body gel


                    Session DONE

                    Summary: Changed my routine up a bit, added rotating stretches and modified my stretches in all directions with 25 kegels.

                    DAY 17 (Tuesday 15th March, took about 1 hour, excluding shower)

                    Same routine as previous day.

                      Been doing the same routine since Day 17 til Day 26 (24th of march)

                      In total i have missed 3 sessions in the span of 1 month, 2 sessions in between days 17 and 26, 1 of them is today (24th of march) and the other one i simply can't remember, i have too much work to do to keep logging them in every day, as you can see, i have been getting lazier and lazier with my posts, or busier and busier, either way, it just hasn't been too pretty, i feel bad about it but there isn't really anything i can do.

                      I just realized that today is my last day of the month, i will update this with measurements soon

                        Yea well, no gains so far, been almost a month a half, sucks !

                        Same routine really, added some UVjelqs along the way but i really need to egt more organized with this log, starting now, i will update it after every workout, properly, the way it should be done.

                        Today is day 40, April 7th (although it's the 8th, it's after 12 AM and i consider to be donig this exercise on the 7th of April.)

                        I started SupraSlammers on Monday (4th of April) and have been doing it everyday but without my other exercises, it was just the slammers, on Monday i have done 3, then tuesday 4, and wednesday was 5 ( i ejaculated in all sessions (i know i shouldnt have, but they were all accidents)) on wednesday, Day 39 April the 6th, i did 5 Wet supraslammers with my regular routine, except cut in half, so instead of the regular 120 jelqs, i did 60 and instead of the 60 vjelqs, i did 30 UVjelqs.


                        ROUTINE STARTED ON WEDNESDAY 6TH (DAY 39) TODAY IS THURSDAY 7th (DAY 40) and i will be doing 5 on, 2 off from now on, FOR GOOD!

                        Day 40 April 7th

                        10 Minute warm up with warm water
                        Basic stretches in all directions with 25 kegels x2
                        60 Wet O.K. Jelqs (3-5 seconds)
                        30 Wet UVJELQS (5 seconds)

                        Warm down and clean up with shower.

                        5 Dry supraslammers.

                          Day 41 April 8th

                          I did 6 supraslammers during the afternoon, i found it to be a great time to do them, no 1 was home.

                          about 4-5 hours later, i continued with my routine

                          10 Minute warm up with warm water
                          Basic stretches in all directions with 25 kegels x2
                          60 Wet O.K. Jelqs (3-5 seconds)
                          30 Wet UVJELQS (5 seconds)

                          Warm down and clean up with shower.

                          Day 42 April 9th

                          7 supraslammers during the afternoon again.

                          2-3 hours later i decided to masturbate and ejaculate as well, now it's 12:20, about 5 hours after i came and im going to do my regular routine.

                          10 Minute warm up with warm water
                          Basic stretches in all directions with 25 kegels x2
                          60 Wet O.K. Jelqs (3-5 seconds)
                          30 Wet UVJELQS (5 seconds)

                          Warm down and clean up with shower.

                            Day 43 April 10th sunday

                            I started off with 5 supraslammers before i noticed some red spots behind my shaft and got worried, i didn't continue with my jelqs that day.

                            Day 44 and Day 45 Monday and Tuesday (April 11 and 12)

                            OFF DAY, I don't remember too well but i believe i ejaculated on Monday.

                            Monday:

                            Nothing, went to classes, regular day.

                            Tuesday

                            Same thing, did 8 supraslammers

                            Wednesday Day 46 April 13

                            10 Minute warm up with warm water
                            Basic stretches in all directions with 30 kegels x2
                            80 Wet O.K. Jelqs (3-5 seconds)
                            30 Wet UVJELQS (5 seconds)

                            Warm down and clean up with shower.

                            Raised my O.K. Jelqs by 20, i will be doing this every week until maybe 200 jelqs.

                            Kept my UVJelqs at 30, i will raise it by 10 every 2 weeks since they are more intense and since i do supraslammers as well.

                            I didn't have time to do Supras.
