    Hey guys, I was told to start a progress log so here it goes.

    I just started back after a week off, so I decided to go real easy.

    10 minutes warm up with a rice sock
    5 minutes stretching in all directions(straight out, down, left,right,up)
    100 dry jelqs
    3 60 seconds ulis

    Felt good to get back into pe. My penis seemed to respond well to the jelqs especially.
    Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
    Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

    Hi amiok!

    Mate i think you've made an excellent decision on starting a log!

    Now everyone can see what your doing. See how your feeling about your workouts. And i'm sure has your log progresses other pegymers will start to take a keen interest in it and offer you advice along the way.

    So all in all you starting a log can only do you good.

    So well done!

        Hey ya'll back after another week off, this time just because I'm too damn lazy.

        Did like 5 minutes warm up with my hands (just trying to get a little blood flow, too lazy for the rice sock)

        10 minutes of stretching in each direction
        200 dry jelqs
        3 60 second ulis
        5 minutes of edging or so

        Felt ok, hopefully I get back on track.

        Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

            Same thing.

            Today, however, I added 50 BTB jelqs. These seemed very effective as my dick was about 50% at the time and grew like an inch with the blood being pushed in. Definitely going to keep this in my routine, and add more probably.

            Felt good, especially the ulis. My dick was big, for me anyway haha, and purple.

              Same thing yesterday. Except, I did my stretches last. This felt pretty good, I seemed to feel the stretches more than I usually do and also felt a little "sore" post workout.

                Yesterday, I switched it up a bit. I did 4 supra slammers and man those things are a workout. Also threw in 10 dry jelqs. This was a hell of a workout.

                  Odd thing I noticed today. Looked at a banana in my kitchen and thought, "That's about the same size girth wise as my dick." So I measured it and it was 5.5 inches in girth. My dick was just about the same width, I know you can't really measure width of a dick but you know what I mean, and about the same depth. Knowing that there were ever so slight differences I figured I might be somewhere around 5.25 or maybe more. But when I measured I was still just 5, maybe a tad over.

                  Long story short, how could there be a .5 inch difference? Haha, I thought I gained but no.

                    Today I did 10 supra slammers and 100 btb jelqs. Felt pretty good.

                      May have gained a bit. My cs is definitely more developed, especially at my base. If that counts as gaining I don't know.

                        Gone back to doing 150 dry jelqs

                        This has been 1 on 1 off.

                        I have got my hang back, which is obviously good.

                          It seems like doing the 1 on 1 off is working nicely for me. My dick responds well to my jelqs and ulis.

                          Also, I've gained! I'm now 4.75 NBPEL and around 6 BPEL. PE'ng and slowly but surely losing that fat pad.
