Hey guys, I was told to start a progress log so here it goes.
I just started back after a week off, so I decided to go real easy.
10 minutes warm up with a rice sock
5 minutes stretching in all directions(straight out, down, left,right,up)
100 dry jelqs
3 60 seconds ulis
Felt good to get back into pe. My penis seemed to respond well to the jelqs especially.
