Yesterday's session was as follows:
Pumping
20 minutes @ 3-7 hg spiking up, then slowly lowering pressure repeated throughout the set
20 minutes @ 3-5 hg, same as first set
Packing 2 inch cylinder easily again.
My pump leaks slowly if the hose is left connected and this is proving to be a useful tool as is.
It takes a couple minutes to go from 7 to 3 hg, if I disconnect the hose, pressure holds steady and I an keeping it as isGoing an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

So I have been consistently back at PE again and it seems I have the desire back to go for more.
I started this journey in 2011 at 6x5.5 and over the years worked my way up to 7.5 x 6, pretty happy with that but life got in the way and I had so much going on. 4 kids, started a business and all that goes with that.
I always kept up on a maintenance routine, sometimes I went a few weeks or even a couple of months but then I would get back at it.
I still haven't measured but will do so this week. I am looking for gains again.
I started with pumping because honestly, its the easiest for me to sneak in daily and I just enjoy the hell out of it.
I also love hanging which is what I am going back to. My routine will be targeting the tunica, my personal limiting factor. I have never had a BPSFL longer than my BPEL so the tunica needs to pay and pay dearly for this.
I have my own shop and spent the last week getting my office set up so I can hang while I start the day, I show up quite a bit earlier than my employees and I have privacy now both at home and at the office.
My routine will be made up of manual stretching, hanging and some pumping.
I believe my age may actually help as it has been anecdotally and scientifically proven that the smooth muscle decreases with age, yes, my limiting factor is my tunica but I have read enough anecdotal evidence of middle aged/older fellas seeing good gains in length
So, hanging, manual throughout the day and pumping most likely just for a set or two willbe the majority of my plan
Length exercises will make up about 70% of my new routine.

Well, I never logged my Thanksgiving day session, it was a mild one but not a bad one
Yesterday, Thanksgiving:
5 minutes of intense manual stretching, half circles downward and straight up stretches

30 minutes @ 5lbs
Will definitely add some weight tomorrow, wanted to get a few days in and see that everything was fine and so far, no problems so I will go up to 7.5 in the morning.
For anyone new to hanging, do not go up in weight as I will over the next few weeks, I have a lot of hang time under my belt and will slow down once I get to where I feel the burn, likely at around 8 to 10 lbs.Last edited by BigO; 11-30-2020 at 07:26 PM.

After taking it off, my flaccid was really hanging. I should have done this before.
