(Updated routine)
This will essentially be a one day on, two day off schedule with a bit of a twist. Here's how it'll work.
Day One of Exercise:
10-15 minute warmup
Stretching Left, Right, Up, Straight Out, Down (hold each for 30 seconds)
Circle stretches (20 clockwise/20 counter-clockwise, each circle lasts 5 seconds)
50 X 3 Jelqs
30 X 2 V-Jelqs
30 Reverse Jelqs
Warm down
Day Two (Edging/Rest):
25 X 3 Kegels (5 second holds)
25 X 3 Reverse Kegels (5 second holds)
Edge/Balloon as long as I can without ejaculating
Day Three (Rest):
Close attention to PIs
Keep blood flowing to penis and do very, very light stretches throughout the day to keep a nice flaccid hang
Every Day:
Foreskin/shaft skin stretching (hey, I know the tunica may not play a huge part... but I don't want it to hold me back)
