  • 8 X 6 Summer Progress

    (Updated routine)

    This will essentially be a one day on, two day off schedule with a bit of a twist. Here's how it'll work.

    Day One of Exercise:
    10-15 minute warmup
    Stretching Left, Right, Up, Straight Out, Down (hold each for 30 seconds)
    Circle stretches (20 clockwise/20 counter-clockwise, each circle lasts 5 seconds)
    50 X 3 Jelqs
    30 X 2 V-Jelqs
    30 Reverse Jelqs
    Warm down

    Day Two (Edging/Rest):
    25 X 3 Kegels (5 second holds)
    25 X 3 Reverse Kegels (5 second holds)
    Edge/Balloon as long as I can without ejaculating

    Day Three (Rest):
    Close attention to PIs
    Keep blood flowing to penis and do very, very light stretches throughout the day to keep a nice flaccid hang

    Every Day:
    Foreskin/shaft skin stretching (hey, I know the tunica may not play a huge part... but I don't want it to hold me back)
    Routine checking for PIs

    Do yourself a favor and take a picture, even if its just for you. Thats the one thing I wish I knew before starting PE.

      Good idea! I'll probably post it anyways so I can just delete it off my computer and camera. I don't mind if a bunch of people I don't know personally look at my dick. But it would be embarassing for a parent or friend to find the photo lmfaooo.

        Last night when I was edging I was able to last 45 minutes without ejaculating!!!!

        What I did was, instead of trying to forcibly relax my muscles to avoid involuntary kegels I would perform a conscious kegel in its place! I was amazed at how long I was able to keep going...

        I sometimes felt that the sensations were borderline orgasmic. I was almost able to kegel and keep them at bay just below PONR and just ride out the feelings. However, I reached the PONR three times and had to do a hard kegel and grab around my base tightly to stop myself from cumming.

        Am I on the right track?! I am so proud of myself! Especially because I was stroking the whole shaft WITH lube!!!!

          I have yet to actually do a workout session for this plan. I've been studying for exams the past two days... But I am thinking that tonight I will start...

          I will probably post here again in an hour or so after I've completed the exercises

            id do a base line measurement and have it somewhere so you can see what gains you have over time

            Starting Stats:
            BPEL: 6.5"
            EG: 5.25

            1st Goal:
            BPEL 6.75"
            EG: 5.25"

            2nd Goal:
            BPEL: 7"
            EG: 5.5"

              I haven't done a full measurement recently but the last I checked I am around 7 inches BPEL and 5.5 MEG.

              Just a little update as well, I am changing my routine to give me more time to rest and balance out my exercises.

              Below, just for record, is a post of the original routine I had laid out. I will edit the first post on the log to show my new plan.

              "Workout Days (No more than 5 a week)
              10-15 minutes warmup with cloth (this is essential)
              3 sets of stretches (left right up down straight) held for 30 kegels (15 in/15 reverse, 5 seconds long)
              3 X 50 jelqs
              3 X 30 vjelqs

              Off Days (every other workout, or every 2 workouts depending on PIs)
              Light Stretches to eliminate hard flaccid and get blood flowing throughout the day
              Edging/Ballooning sessions (attempting DO and, eventually, MMO)
              10 reps of "The Squeeze" (10 second holds) at night

              Every Day
              Foreskin/shaft skin stretching (hey, I know the tunica may not play a huge part... but I don't want it to hold me back)
              Kegels/Reverse Kegels throughout the day whenever pelvic floor seems "off"
              Routine checking for PIs"

                  PS:

                  Last night I did the updated day 1 exercise and followed up immediately after with edging. I had trouble staying hard and my kegels felt weak, which is why I decided to only edge every two days and revamp the whole plan. On the brighter side, I felt like the workout was successful as I looked VERY girthy when I was done.

                  Tonight, and possibly tomorrow if I don't feel ready, I will be taking a full break (no foreskin stretching either). I will post on the log again when I have the next exercise day.

                    your kegels will get much stronger.and your penis might have been fatigued which would cause the whole EQ problem. just make sure you keep an eye on those PIs

                      Just finished my first workout since I took a two day break. I feel great! I feel like my flaccid hang is much looser and fatter. I also don't notice any hardness in the shaft/glans. I think my slight hard flaccid problem is gone now and as long as I keep an eye on it and focus on a smooth technique I should be golden from here on in.

                        Ugh, I am going to just wait until after my exams are done to start this (25th). I'm too stressed and don't have enough time to dedicate. This is really disappointing for me because I was really enjoying myself (lol) and was excited to notice that I had a boost in EQ within a few days... oh well
