Been on and off PE for about 3-4 years. Ive made solid gains over that time to be just about 7.2 -7.4 inches
thx to some advice from big al and reading through the forums i had my best three months from jan to end of march, but im still kinda struggling in improving eq (mainly erection stamina)
my current routine (what i did sunday):
10 minute hot towel wrap
bathmate to about 50-75% erect (usually about 5 minutes)
13 squeezes
2 20 second ulis
133 jelqs
33 sts
133 6 second kegels (I try to do as many erect as possible)
i rest about 5-15 minutes then do a 10 minute edging
10 minute bathmate
10 minute wrap
Im increasing the reps based on the jelq increases (1-2 reps per workout) with a 1:10 ratio on the squeezes and a 1:4 for the sts
