So I finally decided to track my results and experiences in PE because lately I've going through some ups and downs and I can't really remember where and what I did wrong!
So my currently I am going with the Supra's Slammers (1 day on 1 day off):
15 min of warming up with rice sock
5 to 10 min of jelqing 70% erect
15 slammers
5 min of cooling down with cool water
(whenever my penis is not very tired I do 100-200 erect kegels)
I have changed to this routine 2 months ago after I felt I am conditioned enough to go for something intense. So this May I will get in my 9 month in PE which I must admit wasn't very easy to complete. One of my main mistakes was beginning PE without reading and learning as much as I can about all the exercises. So this led to me starting some heavy routine and experiencing weak erections and complete loss of morning wood ( although I was never a very woody person). Soon I learned that breaks for longer periods are also crucial for your gains.
As I am continue writing this I realize I begun the wrong way . I am 18 years old and started PE as soon as I turned 18. I was very excited about it and I mainly went for it because I had some erection problems. Of course they were not from my age but from other stuff like performance anxiety and heavy porn use. Pretty sad ah? 18-year-old with porn inducted ED... But I am doing my best to quit porn and to make my penis healthier. I must thank the pegym and the people it this forum because u have been great with your advice and you were able to motivate me in times when it wasn't easy for me. Enough with the deep stuff
I started on the 5th of August with EL of 5.5 inches and EG of 4.7 ( I didn't measure BPEL the first time)
Last measurement was on 5th of February (before starting the supra's slammers)
EL ---> 6.2
BPEL ---> 6.8
EG---> 4.7
I haven't gained almost any girth that's the reason why I went for the slammers and on the 5th of May we will see if there was any other results.
