  • My quest to 7.5x5.5

    Hey everyone, 1st post. Been interested in PE for a while, since i was 16 and had a small cock. It hasnt really grown since then, went from about 5.8 to 6 BPEL (very pressed) and the girth stayed at 4.5 inches. My base girth was about 4.25 inches.

    Starting Stats (March):
    Age: 20
    BPEL: 5 7/8
    NPEL: 5.3-5.4
    EG(mid): 4.4
    EG(base): 4.3 (not sure)
    Flacid: small. dunno.

    Dabbled a bit in march, a few workouts, maybe 50-75 jelqs and minor stretching. In april began doing it pretty much every other day. Slowly increased jelq's to a current amount of around 125-135. Wanted to start slow and i think its doing well.
    My form has improved, i use my middle finger instead of index on OK grip as it lets me get as close as possible to the base. And now my jelq's are 3-5 seconds without fail, much more consistent.

    So current routine:

    5 min warm up,
    30 seconds stretch in all directions, x2 = 5 minutes, a few heli shakes/kegals in between stretches.
    135 Jelq's, 3-5 seconds, around 70-80% erect, no more, sometimes a lil less.
    5 min warm down

    Have been doing every other day, with a rare 2 day break b/c laziness/inconvenience. This has gotten better, and since seeing gains, motivation is sky high. Might switch to 2 days on 1 day off.
    Just started implementing kegals recently, already noticing morning wood which is great.

    I workout and am fit. On week 23 of 24 weeks of interferon for acute Hep C, which has been undetectable since week 4, and i think i have it beat. Cant wait to be off it, as i know i will feel even better being free of Hep C and this horrible treatment, although i dont get too many side effects b/c age and fitness/diet levels. Got 4 months clean time off opiates. Never goin back.

    Will take some new measurements in a few days and see where i stand now. Definitely bigger though. No doubt.

    Goal 1:6.5 in BPEL, 4.75 inch girth
    Goal 2: 6.75 BPEL, 4.9 Inch Girth
    By March 2012: 7. BPEL, 5. Inch Girth
    Long Term: 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 Inch Girth

    Just seeing those numbers is motivating. Will update every once in a while, probably once a week or so. Plan to measure once a month. Thanks for reading, and wish me luck on my journey!

    Welcome pepper.this is important! Your warming up is to short.warm up 10 minutes minimal! The warming up is the most important thing with PE.
    November 2010: (BPEL 5.90 inch - girth 4.72 inch)
    Today: (BPEL 6.8 - girth 5.4 inch).

      Thanks for the heads up! Also warm down 10 minutes? And is hot shower sufficient or do i only want the penis hot? Normally either warm up or warm down is shower, other is with hot towel repeatedly re-heated.

        Going to take measurements in a few days and just call it my one month.
        Today:
        12 minute warm up
        30 sec stretch in every direction
        2 more min warmup
        30 sec stretch in every direction
        another 2 min warmup
        125 3-4 second jelq's
        8 min warm down

        I throw in heli shakes between stuff as well as some kegels.
        I'm assuming the extra warmups will only help, had some extra time and was reading stuff on computer so wasn't in a hurry.
        Flaccid hang has increased nicely. Need more girth though, looks too skinny. Gonna keep with this amount, maybe get up to 150 jelq's, and stay there until I stop seeing results (minimum 3 months). Used baby powder to stretch and seemed way better.

          Just measured, 1 month progress(inches):

          EDIT: Realized these were taken in a seated position that made lenght a little longer.

          BPEL: 6 1/8 (+1/8) i feel like my original 6 inch was perhaps even slightly over my real value, prob more like 5 7/8, but wateva.
          NBPEL: 5 11/16 -5 3/4 (+3/16)
          EG: 4 5/8 (+1/8)
          Base Girth: 4 1/2 (+1/4)

          I'll take it. Many of my initial workouts werent as good as my current ones, so i feel like now that i've got it down better the progress will continue.
          Flaccid length also about an inch bigger. Nice.

              Great workout

              shwer to warm down
              notes: dick looks huge after edging . feels fat. going to start edging more often, at least 10 min per workout.
              not going to come post PE this month and see how that goes.

                From yesterday: Decent workout, stretches felt pretty damn good.

                10 min warm up
                30 second stretch d,r,u,l,so, x2
                140 wet jelq's
                5-10 minutes edging
                warm down in shower

                going to start a kegal routine today.
                Also, in other news, i took my 24th interferon injection yesterday (for hep c). Have been undetectable for virus since week 4 of tx, and i think i got it beat. Fuck yeah, no more poking myself.

                    Cock looked good after edging, want that girth! noticing slight discoloration on some parts of glans though. Will get pics later.

                          then like 5-10 slowish circles
                          150 wet jelq's 3-4 second stroke
                          shower warmdown

                          Seems slightly meatier, which im hoping means girth. Definitely more vascular, but don't know if its b/c the veins are forces to expand (probably) or that more tissue equates to more blood flow.

                              flaccid is improving pretty significantly, although my girth i feel is puny. Looking down on my flaccid penis it looks alright size, as does from side, but from straight ahead it looks too thin.
