Hey everyone, 1st post. Been interested in PE for a while, since i was 16 and had a small cock. It hasnt really grown since then, went from about 5.8 to 6 BPEL (very pressed) and the girth stayed at 4.5 inches. My base girth was about 4.25 inches.
Starting Stats (March):
Age: 20
BPEL: 5 7/8
NPEL: 5.3-5.4
EG(mid): 4.4
EG(base): 4.3 (not sure)
Flacid: small. dunno.
Dabbled a bit in march, a few workouts, maybe 50-75 jelqs and minor stretching. In april began doing it pretty much every other day. Slowly increased jelq's to a current amount of around 125-135. Wanted to start slow and i think its doing well.
My form has improved, i use my middle finger instead of index on OK grip as it lets me get as close as possible to the base. And now my jelq's are 3-5 seconds without fail, much more consistent.
So current routine:
5 min warm up,
30 seconds stretch in all directions, x2 = 5 minutes, a few heli shakes/kegals in between stretches.
135 Jelq's, 3-5 seconds, around 70-80% erect, no more, sometimes a lil less.
5 min warm down
Have been doing every other day, with a rare 2 day break b/c laziness/inconvenience. This has gotten better, and since seeing gains, motivation is sky high. Might switch to 2 days on 1 day off.
Just started implementing kegals recently, already noticing morning wood which is great.
I workout and am fit. On week 23 of 24 weeks of interferon for acute Hep C, which has been undetectable since week 4, and i think i have it beat. Cant wait to be off it, as i know i will feel even better being free of Hep C and this horrible treatment, although i dont get too many side effects b/c age and fitness/diet levels. Got 4 months clean time off opiates. Never goin back.
Will take some new measurements in a few days and see where i stand now. Definitely bigger though. No doubt.
Goal 1:6.5 in BPEL, 4.75 inch girth
Goal 2: 6.75 BPEL, 4.9 Inch Girth
By March 2012: 7. BPEL, 5. Inch Girth
Long Term: 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 Inch Girth
