    Start Size: 6.25" x 5"
    Current Size: 6.75" x 5.5"

    1 day on, 2 day off
    15 minute warm up
    10 minute double uli squeezes
    10 minute tunica tugs
    5 minute basic bundled stretches
    10 minute warm down
    15 minute kegels

    ALL EXERCISES ARE DONE W/ A LIGHT GRIP

        After reading Big Al's thread about jelq free exercise routine, I did some research of the exercises & created a routine based on the info he provided. I'm going to test my limit on each exercise & record it in my log today.
        CURRENT: 6.75" x 5.5"
        GOAL: 7" x 6"

          Day 161 complete. All positive PIs, EQ increasing, longerlasting erections, increased morning/night wood, frequent erections throughout the day. Overall, I'm satisfied w/ my results & not stopping til I reach my goal......

            Day 178 complete. Workout's coming along great. I've been experimenting for 1 month now trying to create a new advanced girth exercise. Will measure Friday @ post results & exercise if progress is made.

              Day 180 complete. I've officially been doing PE for 6 months!

                Day 189 complete. Gained .25" in length. My stats are now 6.75" x 5.375"

                  Day 193 complete. EQ, flaccid & erection length improving. Added pendelum stretches & had a pretty good workout. Anxious about the results.

                      Actually, I've created my own & yes its jelq free. I'm following the 'Length 1st, Girth 2nd Theory'. FOR THE RECORD, LESS IS BETTER! I'm continuing to see length gains as my EQ improves.

                        Day 194 complete. Consistency is the key. EQ still improving. Penis gets semi when doing pendulum stretches. May be a set up for a lil extra girth gains w/ some length gains. Let's see what happens.

                          I have a question: What is a pendulum stretch? There doesn't seem to be much info around on them...
                          Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
                          Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
                          Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"

                            When you stretch your penis out & while holding the stretch, move side to side like a grandfather clock. That's how it got it's name.

                              Day 201 complete. Increased intensity of kegels. Only did 10 minute warm up, 30 mins of basic stretching, & 10 minute warm down. EQ increased dramatically after shower.
