    Hello there!

    Well, maybe you've seen the word "Illnatic" here on this forum before, and yep that was my old log! - I made it to keep track of the first 5 weeks, but eventually I ended up using that log for quite some time.

    Now I've made this log as my "Official" log, and I will use this one for the rest of my loooong PE journey !

    I will strive to make this log a bit more detailed and fresh compared to the old one, thus keeping better track!
    So, Hope to get some responses once in a while

    Today: 23rd of May 2011 I couple of weeks ago I started doing my 1 on 1 off routine, and I'll keep it that way for some time.

    23rd of May 2011:

    Aaron Kemmer, Medium: 1 on 1 off

    Warm-up: Was really nice! took a good 15 minutes! I really love warm-ups

    Basic-stretching: Stretching was good, even though it took me waaay too long! I want to make sure my erection level is right when I stretch, and sometimes that takes a lot of time! sometimes my stretching takes more time than my jelq I think !

    Jelqing:Jelqing was nice today! a bit cold in my room so the tests was way to close to my shaft, and my member didn't really like the temperature, but was good anyway. I am definitely getting better at jelqing, my strokes takes about 2-3 seconds and I want them to take 4. So that's progress ! I really managed to start from the very bottom this time.

    Edging: Edged for about 8 minutes today! and this time, and for good I think, I used only my imagination! no porn ! it was nice and my member looked really full (well, the glans did)

    Warm-down: Just about 5-6 minutes

    Throughout the day:

    JAI- Stretches: Forgot.

    Kegels: I only kegel every other day. Did kegel a bit through the session though.

    Bed Fowfers: Will do!

    NOTES ABOUT BODYCLUES:

    Nothing bad I guess. Feeling horny all the time, random erections..no pain really. I do think my flaccid is maybe a bit more stiff then usual..hard to tell.

    Basic-stretching: Took way to long again, but liked it. Still not satisfied with my stretches up and to sides.

    Jelqing: Was ok. Nothing special this time. hm.

    Edging: Yep.. 5 minutes and decided to cum too.. haha

    Warm-down: jep. 5 minutes

      God damnit! missed my workout yesterday! ..did get sex though, very nice haha. Problem is, there's some probems at home with the parents so i'll have to move out pretty soon I guess. Plus U've got examins at school shortly. But I'll figure it out though.
      Warm-up: 15 minutes . Very nice

      Basic-stretching: Was actually pretty good today. Still having some problems when stretching to the side, but i'm getting better at it. Due to the time, I sometimes don't go fully go down to a 0% erection level, but rather 10.. the sensation is still good, even though it's a bit more stiff, and the stretch doesn't feel painful.

      Jelqing: Great jelqing session today. Slow strokes, starting from the bottom and yeah..all in all good session. When I jelq and I sometimes think about something ..naughty, my erection level rises, and my dick looks bigger! so I'm very happy with that

      Edging: Well, didn't edge today. When I edge though, my member of course get's fully erected and it looks nice. But as soon as I let the erection level decrease again, it's like my member... yeah I don't know. I'll try to keep edging away a bit and see where it goes. I don't really have troubles with premature ejaculation etc. so it's all good though.

      Warm-down: Nope. I'm still very confused about warm-down vs. Cool-down, but I stop warm-down for now and see how my member reacts. Because in the beginning, I never did warm-downs and it felt fine so..

      Throughout the day:

      JAI- Stretches: will do

      Kegels: yep.

      Bed Fowfers: Will do!

        Hi guys.. yeah haven't updated the log for quite some time. Haven't really been able to take the initiative and all. BUT:

        I've got soem pretty bad news, baf also good news.

        The bad news: Here the other day, I did my session as usual and thought i might aswell try to measure, because I haven't done that since I started PE. So I was really excited and looked forward to see the little improvement I thought i had done.. but NO! I haven't gained anything really. And that sucks. But hey, that's life.

        So here's the good news: When I started PE'ing, my girlfriend noticed something, I seemed bigger; Probably better EQ.

        Anyways, in my frustration I started a thread and asked what the hell I had done wrong.
        They all told me to make my routine more advanced and to up the intensity a bit.

        So now, my goal is this:

        10 minutes basic stretching + 20 minutes jelqing + 20 minutes bedfowfers.
        So that's wham I'm aiming for. Gotta keep believing in this! but I sure as hell don't hope that i'm one of those guys who just can't gain shit.
        I'll take this adcence gradually.

          Gonna have my session soon. My dick feels a bit fatigued, so need to be careful.

          If I do not see any gains at all the next 2-3 months, I going to contact big Al and his "MeCoach" and sign up probably.. the thing that keeps my mind set and motivated, is the fact that before I discovered PE, I didn't think penis enlargement was possible at all!; Also, I'm only 18...even if it takes me 3-4 years to gain 2 inches...I'll be a 22 year old hung motherfucker! haha-.

            Hi there guys! long time huh!? - Don't worry, even though I've been way too lazy to do my log, I've kept track of my PE.
            - So, anything new? A bit you could say.
            I found out that my routine was too light and that was probably the reason why I hadn't gained anything. So, CUSP told my to upgrade myn routine and tell him how it goes then. So:

            In about 2-3 weeks, my routine should look like this:

            10 min. warm-up
            10 min. stretching (basic)
            20 min. Jelqing
            20 min. bed fowfers at night. (maybe more)

            My goal is to do this on a 2 on 1 off basis.. if not, then just 1 on 1 off.

            Right now I'm working on it, gradually advancing. Today I did stretching with 40 second holds and I jelqed for about 14 minutes! Hopefully no bad reactions, even though I think my flaccid is getting a bit stiff :-/ ! maybe, i'll be aware.

            Also, I have a tendency to hold my penis pointing up while jelqing, and now i've started to point it straight out..No idea whether or not it helps.

            I'm still pretty hooked on the MeCoach thing with Big Al. Heard a lot good stuff about it, so if theres no good gains in about 2-3 months, then I'll sign up!

              Good idea. I find MeCoach really helpful. The best thing for me is to be able to shoot off an email to Big Al and get a reply with suggestions, reassurance, etc. Without that, I would probably be flagging by now. (Glad that I signed up right at the beginning of PE actually, not sure why one would wait to get coaching. I'd want to know the right stuff straight away)

                What about hte gains mate? made any so far? - injuries etc. ? let me hear

                  I've gained 2cm in BPEL and 1cm in MEG. But I've been Andropenis extending as well as manual PE.

                  No real injuries that are severe. I've had the little red dots thing quite a lot though. I also had an issue with a varicocele, but its okay now. I'm also a bit concerned atm about penis darkening, but not sure if I'm just overfocusing.

                  Big Al helped with all that. Really good investment.

                    Ups, forgot to make an update yesterday:

                    Had a great workout! 10 min warm-up with the rice sock of course, and then stretching with 40-45 second holds and then jelqing for around 13-14 minutes...slowly getting there! I think I overall experience some good PI's from the increased workouts, my dick feels pretty good generally. Bad fowfers are nice!!

                    - Stretching is not going so well though.. straight out and down are pretty much the only directions i feel comfortable with..so yeah have to work with that

                    But overall, pretty happy with how things are going I think..no pain really, erections are pretty much the same, although I really can't figure out if my flaccid is getting more stiff or not? I'll have to keep a good eye on that!!

                      Oh yeah! pretty good session today !

                      - Stretching was not all good though..felt some kind of slight pain underneath the skin. Don't think it's a problem though.
                      Jelqing was very good actually! As a new thing, I was actually able to keep my erection level at the exact same level like almost the first 9 minutes.. so that's new. Nice session overall today
                      I think my bodt responds good to the advancing routine so far.. flaccid is somewhat better too.

                        Of course I'll keep doing my bedfowfers! (they are nice, but sometimes it irritates my balls though). JAI-stretches will also be done .

                          Hi again, been busy so couldn't update.

                          Here's for the last few workouts:

                          Things are going the right way I believe. Jelqing for 16 minutes feels better now than in the beginning, but I'm not going to advance too much in the next few weeks. Stretching feel good too!

                          My plan is, to reach the point where I can go 20 minutes jelqing, 10 minutes stretching on a 2 on 1 off basis

                          I'm still doing 1 on 1 off now though, and keep on doing that till I feel the times is right.

                          I had a few days where I did not want to edge, and therefore I did not really know where I was EQ'wise... but it seems to be good. Had sex with my girlfriend yesterday and she complimented how hard my dick was, so that's a good sign.

                          When I reach the level (2 on 1 off) I'll keep doing that routine for about 2 months. If now gains are to be found at all, then I'll sign up with Big Al!

                            Try getting that edging up to 20-25 minutes!

                            It'll help you out a lot in reaching your goals. Good Luck!

                              Are you sure mate? But I'm a bit afraid of edging since I'm advancing these days.. wouldn't it increase the risk of injury if I started edging so much?
