I decided to create a log for my new short term goal. I have been PEing for ten months and I have gained 0.5" in length but not a single 0.1" in girth. My penis is already long enough (7.375") but not thick (4.5") so I decided to maintain my length gains for now and work much more on girth. My plan is to perform a girth-based routine until I reach my short term goal in girth which is 5.0". Of course my ultimate goal remains 8X6, always bone pressed.
This is the routine I will be doing:
manual streches
2 circle streches
7 min jelqing
5 min V-jelqs
3 Ulis (30 sec)
4 flaccid bends
2 O bends
edging/warm up or both
I am going to start with a 1 day on 1 day off programme and after I get used to the new work-out it is going to be 2 on 1 off. I am going to report my PI's and let you know if this is an effective routine or not. I will measure every one or two weeks.
