    Hey guys!

    I decided to create a log for my new short term goal. I have been PEing for ten months and I have gained 0.5" in length but not a single 0.1" in girth. My penis is already long enough (7.375") but not thick (4.5") so I decided to maintain my length gains for now and work much more on girth. My plan is to perform a girth-based routine until I reach my short term goal in girth which is 5.0". Of course my ultimate goal remains 8X6, always bone pressed.
    This is the routine I will be doing:

    manual streches
    2 circle streches
    7 min jelqing
    5 min V-jelqs
    3 Ulis (30 sec)
    4 flaccid bends
    2 O bends
    edging/warm up or both

    I am going to start with a 1 day on 1 day off programme and after I get used to the new work-out it is going to be 2 on 1 off. I am going to report my PI's and let you know if this is an effective routine or not. I will measure every one or two weeks.

    I just finished my very first advanced workout. The new girth excercises add a lot of intensity, especially ulis made me feel I was going to explode. I really enjoyed that! Nothing specific on Pi's yet, everything seems pretty normal so far.
    I would also like to follow a kegel programm for stamina. I have never been kegeling consistenly and I think it's about time.

      Today I will take a day off and give my penis a little rest from yesterday's workout. My PIs are generally good: No turtling, nice flaccid hang, no soreness (maybe good maybe not). It also looked plump and full some hours after my workout yesterday.
      I also want to make some progress on stamina. So I'll start doing some reverse kegels and edging. I just don't know if it is ok to kegel on days off.

        Yesterday's workout - 28/5

        Everything ok, except the fact that it was difficult to perform flaccid bends whith all that lube on my hands. PI's are positive. After the workout my penis looked darker, I hope because of the increased blood flow. My flaccid looked bigger too and this morning I woke up with an erection, which is a great sign.
        I am also trying to eat healthy and lean, no junk food, lots of fruit and I work out. I am drinking a lot of white tea everyday, which gives all the benefits of green tea and in my opinion tastes better.

          I changed my routine a little bit, I added more time jelqing and from the advanced excercises I am going to do just 3 Ulis for now. This is what I did:

          warm up
          streching
          20 min jelqing (normal and v-jelqs)
          3 Ulis (30 sec each)
          100 kegels
          warm down

          My PIs are still positive and after working out my penis was feeling sore.

            Yesterday I experimented a little bit. I did normal jelqing for 15 minutes, after that I did 3 Ulis and then 5 min of v jelqs. I also did 50 kegels and some edging in the shower while warming down. My PIs are positive and after my workout my penis looked pretty pumped. Today is a day off. Rest...

              I did the same in my last workout, jelqing for 15 min, 3 ulis and then 5 min v-jelqs. After that I did edging-balloning for 15 min. My workout gives me good PIs, especially EQ. My erections are rock hard and my penis looks bigger. I have also noticed some improvement in stamina lately.

                    8/6/2011 (yesterday)

                    Yesterday I had a really great workout. I jelqed for 22 minutes and I did my Ulis afterwards. I also did some balloning and edging along with my kegels (200). I like changing things up in order to find what works for me and I also try to "listen" to my body. Yesterday my penis was responding very well to jelqing (my technique is much better too) so I didn't stop until I felt tired.

                    PI's: Yesterday, after finishing my workout and throughout the day my penis was loose and plump. Today I feel it heavy and I get these EQ=11(!!) random erections very easily.

                    I update my log on my rest days because PI's are not the same as on my workout days. I have noticed that on workout days, after performing my routine my penis feels a little sore and tired and hangs low. On rest days I wake up with morning wood, I get random erections easily and my penis looks more veiny.

                      11/6/2011 (yesterday)

                      So, I decided to take two days off because after doing my routine and having some sex with my gf my penis was feeling sore and tired. Yesterday I had a great routine as always. The only negative was that I am actually out of vaseline (I use it as a lube) and I could barely get lubricated with what was left. PI's are still great, especially after working out.
                      I really need to work more on stamina, especially edging. I am not happy with my performance at sex. I have to go really slow in order not to get overexcited. I think that the area below the glans is oversensitive and in some positions during sex I can't make more than 2-3 thrusts before I feel the urge to ejaculate. I will make a post on the penis enlargment forum in order to discuss this with everybody.

                        I got very lazy these days, 10 days off. I am in the middle of my exams right now and it doesn't help with PE very much. Never mind, I am starting again!

                        I did my routine today. After about a week I feel great to workout again. Right now I am feeling some soreness. I think positive PIs will appear tomorrow.

                            Did my workout today. Great workout, I managed to maintain an 75-80% erection during the whole jelqing session. It also felt ok to put some more pressure on the grip while doing ulis, which is a sign of progress. Day off tomorrow.
                            I am also working on stamina more. My goal is to work my way up to 30 min of edging/ballooning and 300 kegels per workout. I am currently edging/ballooning for 5 min and doing 50 kegels.
