So this is my second attempt at PE, problem last time was sticking to a routine so I figured if I make a progress log I have to keep it!
Starting stats:
BPFL: 4.3"
FG: 3.5"
BPEL: 6.7"
MEG: 4.8"
Started JPs routine and I'm on the second day now. Had a slight variation and decided to add 15 minutes of edging in and then 20 minutes of bed fowfers as a warm-down. Just need to keep going with this on the way to seeing some gains !!
