NBPEL - 5.5 NBPEL- 6.00 +.50 NBPEL - 6.00
BPEL - 6.25 BPEL - 6.75 +.50 BPEL - 6.75
My routine has consisted of the following:
10 minute warmup with hot towel
5 minutes stretching + kegels + helicopter shakes
50 Wet Jelqs
30 V Jelqs
50 Wet Jelqs
30 V jelqs
50 Wet jelqs
30 V jelqs
10 minutes "Warm Down"
I follow this by wearing my pro extender for usually 3 - 4 hours.
I do this routine M - F and take Sat and Sun off for rest.
This has worked well for me and I plan to continue this for the next month, but I am looking for some pointers as to what "more advanced" exercises I should add to my routine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also any suggestions on good girth building exercises would be helpful.
I have begun to hang using 5 lbs for about 20 minutes per morning M-F with weekends off.
I will also try to clamp for 1 - 2 hours per day
I purchased a vacuum penis pump and when it arrives, I will try to fit that in somewhere as well.
Does anyone have any advice for me as to whether this is too much, not enough, or a good idea. I finished the 90 day conditioning period and I feel like my little man is ready to take on more....
