I just started ill be keeping a log
haha so my log idea didnt go so well but my starting stats were
base erect girth: 5"
midshaft erect girth: 4 3/4"
and didnt really measure length but it was like 6.25" not bone pressed
Ive been doing Jp's 90 day program
1 month stats
base erect girth 5 5/16"
midshaft erect girth: 4 14/16"
bone pressed erect length: 6 14/16"
So ive definately gained a little girth (i jelq at like 70% erection) and maybe a little length.
My short term goal is to fit into magnum condoms so im thinking 7.5" bpel x 5.5" meg (sounds good right?)
Long term is 8" npbel x 6" meg
Do you think these are possible? One problem is that my penis gets smaller as it goes up the shaft making some condoms loose at the top. what exercises are good to fix that?
I will post more measurements at the end of month 2

Changed a couple things:
I recently learned how to stretch properly, (was grabbing righ under penis head) now i do it an inch down
as of 9/11/11 i stopped watching porn
I started a kegel routine that i do every other day
I take ginseng, ginko, and green tea supplements for some nice blood flow to the penis/ really hard erections
And lastly i realized that i have only been doing half the amount of strokes for jps 90 day program because i failed to realize that one rep is two strokes. I also realized that i had been doing like 7-9 second strokes haha, so ill speed those up and do twice as many.
