    So I decided to start a progress log so I keep constant on my routine:

    July 5:
    Wore the ADS for 1 1/2 hrs, 100 kegels & 200 Jelqs.

    July 6:
    Wore the ADS for 3 hrs, 130 jelqs & 50 kegels.

    If anybody has some advice let me know!! Thanks.

    For now my workout schedule is going to be Mon-Fri and take the weekends off. My goal 7in X6in but my dream goal would be 8in x 6in. After the first 3 months I'll see how my gains are going and then I'll prob start hanging and buy a bathmate. Thanks for the reply.

    July 12: Wore ADS for 2 hrs. Didn't have time to do the other workouts will try to double up today. On another note I ordered my Bathmate today, hopefully it helps in my gains.

    July 19: Wore ADS for 1 hr, had no time to do work outs.

    July 20: Wore ADS for 2 1/2 hrs, 300 Jelqs, 6- 30 Sec Ulli after every 50 Jelqs. 6- 10 Circle Rotations to the left and to the right after every 50 jelqs, total of 120.
