I took Monday off just being I feel tired. I feel mentally exhausted and I'm frustrated because I'm having a hard time getting a boner. I suspect it might be due to excessive masturbation, so I'll abstain from that on Tuesday (today) and do my session tomorrow as planned.

I tried edging last night on my off day and tried oh so hard to not cum at the end, but I couldn't help myself. There were about 10 seconds left and I guess I touched the head at the wrong time because I exploded all over myself. Did my 9th workout on Friday, August 5, 2011. It was good and I hadn't jacked off since Tuesday night earlier in the week. I noticed that my EQ was slightly better while edging, although it could just be my brain playing my tricks on me. The workout was nice and so was the edging at the end. I warmed up for a bit longer than usual and it really showed during the session. Later on during Friday night I watched porn and masturbated for the first time in 3 days. It was intense.

10th workout was done on Monday, August 8, 2011! Finally, hitting the double digits
I warmed up a bit more than usual but not as much as on Friday. The stretches were better than before but I need to work on my grip and unfortunately my wrist and fingers get tired very easily. I did A LOT of nice slow jelqs after that at a lowe EQ for 15 good minutes. I was doing wet jelqs with Baby Oil and it seemed to stretch better than doing dry jelqs like I was doing before, so I'll definitely stick with the wet ones. I was in the washroom so after every 5 minutes or so of jelqing I would turn the shower on and re-heat, and that kept it warm and easy to stretch. I held the stretch for a good 3-5 seconds after every jelq. It wasn't hanging as low as I would of liked at the end but still very nice. I had 2 cups of green tea about half an hour before my session and I'll continue to drink it before my workouts from now on.
I'm going to be starting ByggD's guide to Ejaculatory Control this week as well. It will be done on the off days. I initially wanted to keep a separate thread for it, but this way I can look back at all my progress in one place. Since I'll only be doing it 3-4 times a week, I might do each stage for 2 weeks instead of one, depending on whether I feel I am ready to move on or not. But regardless, I plan on being done stage 2 by the time I get back to school in early September.

Tuesday, August 9, 2011 was Day 1 of the Ejaculation Control routine. I have to say that once I was doing it, I finally truly understood ByggD is trying to accomplish. With that being said, the session itself could of gone a lot better. I went out to Home Depot (pretty quick walk from my house) to use their public washrooms because I knew it was the only place I would get any privacy and total silence. I did. I also got myself one of my old long sleeve shirts that I tied around my eyes and ears to block further noise/be in complete darkness. It took me a good 5 minutes or so just to get a decent erection, which was not good considering 5 minutes was how long I wanted the whole thing to last. I started timing once I got it up. The second I stopped viciously beating my dick and started to go slow, my erection started to fade and soon was gone. I wasn't completely flaccid, but it was down to about 50%, if not less. I tried working with that for a while, trying to get my arousal back up. I have the scale memorized. I concentrated on "being one with my dick", and continued stroking. No luck. So I started jerking off fast again. In a while, I was back up to 90-100% erection. Started slow-stroking again, and same thing happens. I don't know whether or not I've ruined myself with porn because honestly, I was turned on that much at all. Even when I watch porn, if its the same old thing, I won't be aroused. I'm going to try again in 2 days but any feedback you might have will be welcomed.

Wednesday, August 10, 2011 was my 11th PE session. I still have trouble doing stretches, and I keep thinking that if it isn't hanging down to my knee by the time I'm done that I'm not doing something right and I'm wasting my time. But PESG suggested doing light stretches, so I'll continue to do so for 3 months and see what happens. Unlike most people, I've noticed that I don't get erect while jelqing. I've been perfecting my jelqs and they're done at no more than 40% EQ (usually less than 30% EQ), and very slowly. I kegel about 10 times while doing the jelq and it usually takes me more than 5 seconds to get under my glans. At that point, I hold a stretch for 3-5 seconds. I do wet jelqs now as I find it easier to stretch that way. Also, I do my jelqs downwards as I have read somewhere on Thunders Place that it's beneficial for length gains. Right handed jelqs stretch to the left side, left handed jelqs stretch to the right side. I finished off with edging for 10 minutes or so. Took me about 5 minutes to get a solid erection. I find it fades pretty quickly if I don't stimulate myself. It's looking nice and fat at the end, but it also seems longer. Here's hoping!

I wanted to do an Ejaculation Control routine, but I forgot my lube and watch when I left the house. I was shopping and then headed into home depot. I will not officially count today as a session, but there were some positives that came out of it. Firstly, after I got my initial erection, it seemed to be much easier to maintain. Sure, I had to stroke a bit faster than recommended every now and then, but at least it stayed up. It was usually between 70-80%. As I stroked, I continued to perfect my breathing, as I believe that that is an important part of the process. I tried doing it in the doggy style position as well. That position always makes me cum the fastest. I started thrusting too just to see what would happen. I found myself getting close to the PONR far too quickly. I slowed down my strokes and thrusts and made my breathing deeper. I started experiment around to see what would help lower arousal and here's what I got: The more outwards my pelvis is, the quicker I will orgasm. So while thrusting, if you are going to stick your pelvis out, I feel it helps to sort of "pull" your pelvis in as you are counter-thrusting. This is similar to sticking your ass out as you counter-thrust. Also, I found kegeling during my thrusts helped make me harder and keep me that way. Also, the kegel sorta enlarges your penis a bit, which can't do any harm at all when having sex. While thrusting out, I held a reverse kegel. It helped keep my arousal at bay and prevent me from prematurely cumming.

Friday, August 12, 2011 was PE session number 12. It was nice, but nothing really new to report. My erections have seemed to be easier to maintain, and the jelqing and stretching was fine too. Overall, a good workout. I'd post more, but I'm a little pressed for time.

Saturday, August 13, 2011 was session number 13. I'm really proud of myself because this is the first week I've actually PE'd 4/7 days! I promised myself at the beginning I would alternate between 3 days per week and 4 days per week, but I hadn't done any 4 days per week yet. My determination was also rewarded. The session was great. Stretches were surprising easy and my wrist wasn't all too tired by the end of it. I also noticed it hanging a bit lower than normal after the stretches, which was new. Jeqing was great. It was intense, I was focused the whole time and really made myself do long strokes and a nice stretch at the end of each jelq. It was for about 15 minutes. I reapplied heat 5 minutes into jelqing. Edging was good today too. Erection came pretty quickly, and was rock solid for the most part. I was able to keep myself at 100% and hold kegels as well. Really good session, hopefully a foreshadow of what's to come. I'll take a break tomorrow from PE and the Ejaculatory Control Guide. I figure it could use a good days rest where it doesn't have to do anything.

Monday, August 15, 2011 was workout number 14. I left my watch and cell phone in my car and my dad took it out, so I had to take my land line phone into the washroom to keep track of time. Unfortunately, half way through my warm up, it started ringing. So I had to rush out and hide it under my pillow in my bedroom. I finished my warm up without it. By the time I got it back (after stretching because no one was using it then), I realized I had warmed up for 5 minutes longer than usual. The session was awesome. The routines have been going so well as of late. Stretching has become easier and, and jelqing has been amazing. I've figured out tricks to do while jelqing which make the exercise that much better. By the end of it, it was hanging very very low. Edging was great too. Got a boner a bit faster than normal. They aren't as rock hard as they used to be though. I've noticed that ever since I started my length-only routine, they aren't as hard as before. Oh well, seeing as how I'm not having sex with anyone, I really don't care. Once I start incorporating girth exercises into my routine (after I've reached my length goal), I'm sure my erections will be better than ever!
