    On Tuesday, August 16, 2011, I did Day 2 of ByggD's Guide To Ejaculation Control. Unlike the first session, I found it much easier to maintain an erection, even though it still wasn't as hard as I would of liked. I also stimulated myself for pretty much the full 10 minutes, and did it sitting down, standing up and doggy position. I even tryed thrusting while stroking. I find thrusting while stroking (especially in doggy position) brings me to the PONR MUCH quicker than stroking alone. But knowing when to kegel/reverse kegel is critical to success IMO. Not only are you learning about your arousal and what brings you to the PONR quicker, I feel it's equally important to get good at kegeling and reverse kegeling. I think the reason my EQ has been suffering as of late is because I abandoned doing any girth exercises in my PE routine and am focusing entirely on length. The EQ seems to be getting better slowly on it's own, but I'm sure if I start doing girth exercises again it'll be back to normal fairly quickly. Anyways, after I got home, I jumped in the shower. I was fooling around a bit and decided to do the routine again, for a minute or two. I wanted to continuously stroke without stopping. I got in the doggy position and started stroking and thrusting. Very quickly, I was close to the PONR. I consciously told myself to lower my arousal down to a 7, but I found it very difficult to do. I was still stroking and thrusting, but even though I was doing it significantly slower than before, I was still approaching the PONR. I had to figure out a way to get my mind off my arousal. That's when I remembered a trick I had picked up from a member on this site. While still stroking and thrusting, I simply gave myself a math equation to do in my head. In my case, it was 19 X 8. Pretty straight forward, but I don't have the answer memorized or anything. I actually had to think about it. While thinking, I was still stroking and thrusting. Before I had even figured out the answer, I noticed my arousal was back down to a 6-7/10 and that I was away from the PONR. Unfortunately, that was all the time I had and I had to get out of the shower, but I'll be sure to try out that technique again when I do the Ejaculatory Control Routine and see how it works.

    Wednesday, August 17, 2011 was Day 3 of ByggD's Guide To Ejaculatory Control. I did 15 minutes today. Since I do these at Home Depot, and since the washrooms are public, I never know when someone will randomly walk in. I do these in a stall, and since there is one more stall next to it, I figure if someone needs to take a dump, they can just use the other one. Well, today, I got my initial erection and was almost ready to go when someone walks in. It echoes pretty easily in there so I didn't stroke myself or anything. By the time he left, my erection was gone. So I had to stimulate myself again. Then, someone else walks in. This happened another 2 or so times. I finally got it up and no one was in there. I tied my long sleeve shirt around my eyes and ears and lubed up. As the session progressed, I noticed my erections were insane. It initially took a good minute or two to get it up, but after that, keeping it up was easy. I always do it in three positions: Doggy, Standing and Sitting. In doggy, I notice the problem is trying to stay away from the PONR as that position is the most intense for me. Sitting down, I have to work to keep it up as I tend to lose my erection pretty quickly if I don't pay attention and concentrate. Standing up is by far the easiest. Not too hard staying away from PONR, but also not too hard keeping an erection. Anyways, the session went GREAT. I could keep it up for 95% of the time, and the other 5%, it just took me holding a kegel and visualizing fucking some college teen to get it hard again. This is only my 3rd session, but already I've learned so much about myself, my arousal, and how to control it. The Math trick also works great. Sometimes I would slow down and give myself a multiplication equation. Sometimes I would count up by random numbers (ex: 15, 30, 45, 60 etc...). It's not a fool proof technique, but I'm sure if I practice enough with it, it'll prove extremely valuable in the future. Tomorrow's my day off from this and my PE routine and I'm sure it could use a break.

    Wednesday, August 15, 2011 was also session number 15 of my PE Routine. I was originally not going to do it because my parents took us out for dinner tonight, so I wasn't home at the time I normally do my PE on a Wednesday. Well, I got home and decided to do it anyways. I've been so consistent with the PE and Ejaculatory Control Routines this past week or so that I really didn't want something like this to get in the way of me keeping my momentum going. I warm up in the shower but unfortunately, the water wasn't as hot as I would of liked. I still warmed up for a good 15 minutes or so and it wasn't really half bad. After that, I started my stretching. I noticed that I was slightly more erect that I normally am. I tried getting it to a lower EQ, but it didn't budge. It wasn't rock hard, but still a bit harder than usual. After that, I started my jelqing. At first it was fine, but as I progressed, I noticed my EQ going higher and higher and that my jelqs kept pushing more and more blood through my penis. By the end of jelqing, I was at about 40-45% EQ, whereas I'm normally at around 30% EQ. I finished and started edging. Man oh man, was it easy to get an erection. Not only that, but it wasn't a chore trying to keep it up either. I've noticed my EQ improving over the last few days or so, but I think today's surprise was just due to the fact that I did the Ejaculatory Control Routine earlier in the day. I don't want to make a habit of doing high EQ jelqs and stretches, so next time I may just masturbate an hour or so before the session.

    Friday, August 19, 2011 was Day 4 of ByggD's Guide To Ejaculatory Control. Next time I'm going to do it in the Zellers Public Washroom instead of Home Depot because man, I get someone walking in like every 5 minutes. When I started today, I was in doggy position. I was throbbing. Every bit of me wanted me to blow my load. I haven't cum since Monday night, and have been edging every day after that, including in the morning before doing this routine. I guess it was a bit too much, because it was so hard controlling myself. I did 20 minutes today. I had to stop a lot and wait for my arousal/erection to go down, because even though I tried to do it myself, the feeling was unbearable and I knew I'd blow my load if I didn't stop. When I stood up and did it/sat down and did it, it was significantly easier to control. I'm doing it again tomorrow for 25 minutes, but boy oh boy am I going to jack off tonight.

    Session 16 of PE was done on Friday, August 19, 2011. The workout was great. I was a bit late in getting started so I thought it might just be a good idea to do it tomorrow instead. Also, I was unsure of whether I would be able to keep my EQ low enough, especially considering I did the Ejaculatory Control Routine earlier in the day. I did my 15 minute warm up. That was nice. The extra 5 minutes really makes a difference. Did my 10 minute stretches. Re-heated half way through. Stretches were better than last time because I had a good EQ. Then came jelqing. Re-heated at beginning of that. I actually managed to keep my EQ at around 30%. 5 minutes in, re-heated again. 10 minutes in, re-heated again. The re-heats only take a few seconds under running water from my shower tap. The jelqs were intense. I was red at the end and my penis is still hanging low and is quite enlarged. Gonna take the weekend off from PE. Looking forward to the rest.

    Sunday, August 21, 2011 was day 5 of ByggD's Guide To Ejaculatory Control. It went so much better than the last session. Less people walked into the bathroom and I got started a lot quicker. I did 25 minutes today. It was amazing. I think I've finally figured out what works for me to lower my arousal when I get close to the PONR. I do "1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi, 3 Mississippi etc... and for each one, I'll try to name and visualize the teacher I had in the grade. So, for example, while saying 1 Mississippi, I'l try to remember what my grade 1 teacher's name was, and at the same time, try to remember/visualize what she looked like. By the time I get to Grade 11, my arousal is back to normal. The math trick just wasn't cutting it. Giving myself math equations is a good way to keep my arousal down, but ONLY when it is already down, not when it is high and I'm trying to get it down. I've also made my own scale. There are only 2 numbers, 0 and 10. When I'm approaching the PONR, I visualize the red line in the "thermometer scale" going up. I reverse kegel, and visualize it going down. Seemed to work great for me. Also, I've seen some disgusting things in my time, in porn and in real life, stuff that kills an erection the instant you see it. Well, I used to wish I had never seen it, but it's actually turned out to be good for something. I can visualize that as well and it lowers my arousal almost instantaneously. It's best done while your arousal is low to keep it there. Doggy style is still the most arousing position. However, standing up is the one where I have to work to keep my erection. Sitting down seems the easiest. I jacked off a lot Friday and Saturday nights, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. I do, however, hope that all my sessions go this well, regardless of how much I masturbated the night before.

    Monday, August 22, 2011 was session 17 of my PE routine. I had been masturbating a lot over the weekend, so I was a bit nervous of whether or not I would be able to get a good work out or not. I slept in very late and couldn't edge in the morning. I also wasn't doing my usual random stretches/jelqs that I normally do throughout the day. It felt hard before my warm up, so I decided it would be beneficial to warm up for a bit extra today. I did a solid 15 minutes today. After that, I moved on to the stretching. I was surprised to see that I had a slight erection that wouldn't go away. My stretches were good, but ideally, my EQ should of been a bit lower. Then came jelqing. It started out good, but my EQ quickly went up. It wasn't through the roof or anything, but seeing as I am going for length right now, I would of preferred a lower EQ. I edged for a good 15 minutes after that. Erections are starting to become rock solid again, and easier to maintain.

    Tuesday, August 23, 2011 was day 6 of ByggD's Guide To Ejaculatory Control. This was another very good session. It's getting much easier to keep my arousal under control. Even Doggy Position is getting better. I did 30 minutes today. I really didn't discover any new trick that helped me today, but I continued to use what I already knew and practiced it even further. Probably the thing I need the most work on right now is thrusting with bent knees in Standing Position. Other than that, everything seems like it is starting to fall into place. My real test will be the next time I do this. If, after over 72 hours of no ejaculation/edging every day up until that point I can still find it easy to control my arousal/not have an insanely overwhelming urge to ejaculate, then I will know that I have made a lot of progress.

    Wednesday, August 24, 2011 was session 18 of my PE routine. In the morning, I did bed fowfers for a good 15 minutes or so. It kept me stretchy all day long. Did my warm up and moved onto stretching. I don't know why, but it wasn't as good as it has been the past few sessions. My EQ was a bit lower when I did them, so maybe that has something to do with it. It also wasn't hanging that low afterwards. Then I did jelqing. Jelqing today was done under 30%. My penis was a lot more flaccid than it has been the last couple of sessions, but I guess that's a good thing considering I'm going for length right now. Next time I'll probably try for a slightly higher EQ, as I feel that results in a better work out. 30% for stretching and jelqing would be ideal.
