    1st Day 26/7/11
    Good first workout felt hung afterwards
    10 Min Warmup + stretches in each direction 3 times with 25 kegels then helicopter
    20 V Jelqs , 20 lamda Jelqs
    Edged For 10mins

    15 min warmup + stretches all directs 3 times 25 kegels and helicopter.
    40 Overhand ok jelqs 20 V jelqs
    Erect jelq kegels - 80
    Penis felt and looked fatter and bigger flacid after erect jelqs and veins were bigger
    10 Min Bed Fowers
