  • PEPT's "Weekly" log

    So, as the title pretty much explains it all, I'll just describe the process for my first 6-12months routine.

    In ode to PESG, the person who really made me want to try this out for myself, my routine is pretty much the same as his was.

    1st - Warming up phase - 10-15 minutes, 5-10 if in shower
    2nd - Basic stretches, circle motions and directional wieldings for 10minutes
    3rd - 2 minute pause in between, 60-100 Kegels and warm up
    4th - Regular "ok" sign Jelq (note to self... decrease tightness) for 10minutes - 5sec Strokes (still have to buy the damn lube)
    5th - Rest Kegels, to make it 150
    6th - (Optional) Edging

    Kegels and Edging should be done throughout the day, still have no clue what should I do when I meet my girlfriend and if I should maintain a fixed hourline to do it, but I guess I'll do the normal edges like I did before, maximizing it all.

    2 Days in 1 out (One year from now, it'll switch to 3 to 1)


    Also, tell me how and when I should change these habits

    Day 1 - NBPEL 7,8 in

    Start : 28/07/11
    ATM using : Pesg's routine
    Starting NBPEL : 19.7cm - 7.8 in
    Goal NBPEL : 23-25cm 9~10 in
    Starting Girth: (NM)
    Goal Girth: 16.5cm - 6.5 in

    5 days have passed, didn't follow the routine, derived from problems at home, only did 1 day in, 1 out. This is my day in, so I'll try harder tomorrow, and then rest again.
