    Restarting my PE routine, JP's was too intense for me and I guess I was overloading my penis but I'm taking a new approach. I've been utilizing Going411's conditioning. Jelqing 5 mins per week, increase 5 mins after the next week. Been seeing nice progress with this format.

    Have it set up as 2 weeks forward, 1 week back, so jelqing 5, 10, 5, 10, 15, 10, 20 mins etc, as the weeks progress. Maybe 2 months in I can start adding in the lazy ass stretch and start edging more often. So far I edge about once or twice a week. Also 50 rubber band 3 sec erectish kegels. 50 Reverse kegels, 3 times a week.

    Now I just need to start swimming more often, get my green tea fix and I'm set. Been pretty hydrated these days.

    multi vitamin
    flaxseed oil

    lysine
    zinc
    saw palmetto
    l-arginine

    Need to restock on fish oil, and super b complex though.

    Penis is appearing to hang lower throughout the day. Mostly been commando throughout the day unless I'm at swim practice, then I'm in a tight speedo for a couple hours.

    My EQ is still pretty weak, not getting morning wood the next day. Doing kegels and reverse kegels on a 1 day on,1 off schedule.

    Hopefully after I resolve my ED issues or whatever it may be, I could actually edge after a session.

    Currently jelqing at flaccid-30% erect, soft grip, but good enough to feel myself move along the sides. 50, 3 sec strokes, straight out/upwards.

    V jelq, about 40%, decent grip as well.

      2nd week

      10 min warm up
      15~20 stretch, all directions, heli shakes (15 mins~)
      50 jelqs, 3 sec strokes & 30 v jelqs (took particularly long since I'd keep going soft after trying to get to about 40% erect)
      50, 5 second kegels, would barely be able to get to 50% erect, by time I was done with one kegel, I'd be soft.
      50 reverse kegels, managed to get about 30% erect, I did 50 of them quite fast, except not sure if I was supposed to feel major tensing in the core.

      Overall, this took 1 hr and 15 minutes

      Hoping my EQ will improve for the better soon.

          Had a good session tonight

          12 minute hot wrap

          50 jelqs with a soft grip, 4 sec strokes. 30 v jelqs. 3 sets for both. Was able to maintain about 30% a bit easier this time. 36 minutes or so.

          50, 5 second kegels. Was able to get about 70% hard when I was ready to kegel. Had to frequently get myself that hard in sets of 3~4, but I was just glad I could maintain an erection and kegel for that much. Did 50 reverse kegels at about 40%, I don't hold them them, if anything about 1 second. 15 minutes for both.

          Side to side stretches, worked up to 250.

          Ending with 5 minute warm down.

          Total routine time 1 hour 17 mins.

          I'm liking this progress so far, at least in my EQ, I'll be measuring at the end of august; not sure if I've made any gains yet.

            Was looking nice and full after yesterday's PE session.

            Only warmed up for 5mins, and lost my count a few times due to distractions in the house. Ended up waking up with spasms in the pelvic floor today. Only lasted for about 30 seconds or so, but still...

            Today's a rest day, going to the beach with friends.

              Week 4

              Started to add tunica tugs in my stretching warm up.

              My EQ was decent after my jelqs and v jelqs when I was doing my kegels and reverse kegels. Things are looking good.

              Going to restock on garlic pills, gingko biloba, lysine, and super b complex pills soon.

                Been sick this past week so I haven't PE'd since then. Once I feel better I'll get back to it; on the other hand I start college tomorrow, so we'll see how that is.

                I was supposed to measure yesterday, but since I haven't been putting in time this past week, I think I'll wait a week after I'm up and running again.

                  Good session just now.

                  Started adding a tunica stretch in my stretching warm up, also added side to side's a few weeks back, been feeling good responses.

                  About to edge for 10 mins just to get some new blood in the unit, then bed fowfers.

                  Treated myself to some dark chocolate, today was pretty good even though it was boring. Measuring after 2 more sessions :]

                    Just finished a session, will measure tomorrow, since I took a weeks break off.

                    Warmed up via shower
                    10~20 min stretch total time, including basic 1 minute stretches in each direction, 10 circle stretches both ways afterwards, 20 count heli shakes in between each set of stretches. 45 second tunica stretch, 30 tunica tugs light, 2x 30 sec internal stretch

                    44 min jelqing session (50 jelqs x 3), including 30 v jelqs x 3.

                    Edged for about 13 minutes, at some points my EQ was pretty high, about an 7~8 (really stoked about that) was feeling some intense pleasure. Closing in on my PONR, I'd kegel right before, but some precum would slip out. As kept edging after, I only came 4 times, like really small ones. The last one when I reached my PONR, I shot some cum out. Noticed some kegel spasms as I was nearing my PONR if that means anything.

                    Finished egding, then did 50 reverse kegels at about 40%, resting until later tonight to do 50 5 sec kegels.

                    Now will do some bed fowfers for 40 mins total and rest until tomorrows measurements.

                      20 min stretch session: felt thicker as I was doing tunica stretch, it seems to be expanding.
                      30+ min jelqing with V jelqs. Was able to maintain some sort of hardness 30~50%, was pretty glad. Will edge for 10 mins just to fill some new blood in the unit, and bed fowfer for 20 mins or until I fall asleep.

                      Measure in 2 days, I still need to get myself some super b complex, gingko biloba, and more lysine. I'd like some more dark chocolate as well, tasty stuff.

                        Was looking over the TGC theory and figured out that my limiting factor was smooth muscle. Measured my bpfl and it was 7.875+ roughly whereas last time I checked my bpel was 7.250 inches.

                        So I started adding more girth oriented exercises like Uli's, and jelqing at a higher erection level. That's becoming to seem a bit easier, and I'm looking more hung throughout the day.

                        My question was with Uli's, if I'm at like a EQ of 8, and Uli for 60 seconds, is it normal for my EQ to drop down to like a 4~5 during~after, even though I was sqeezing?

                        Will check my erect length and girth gains later today.

                          So does anyone know if the softening is supposed to happen while doing Uli's?

                            yea, it does happen. My routine is based on that happening. I lose my erection when i put a lot of pressure in it. I have to stim it back up to continue the routine.

                            Nothing to worry about, you're just shocking the penis and it's going into "retreat" mode when you do a Uli or other girth, high pressure, exercise.
