    I have decided to go with this basic training plan for five weeks.

    It consists of 10 minutes of warm-up. I will be using a rice sock for this.

    Followed by 6 minutes of basic stretching.

    Lastly 10 minutes of jelqing with 3-second strokes.

    I will also be performing kegals at least three times a week.

    Here are my basic starting measurements as of 07/30/11

    Current Measurements:
    BPFSL: 4.5"
    FG: 4"
    BPEL: 5"
    EG: 4.75"
    EQ: High/Strong

    Short-term Goal:
    BPFSL: 4.75"
    BPEL: 5.25"
    EG: 5"

    Long-term Goal:
    BPFSL: 5"
    BPEL: 5.5"
    EG: 5"

    A strange thing occurred last night during masturbation. The length of my unit has seemed to increase by half an inch. I have only performed two workouts thus far so I am a bit confounded over this.

    I thought perhaps it was a matter of subjective bias but then I grabbed the ruler and performed a quick BPM and it was at 5.5".

    Might this be an effect of over-training? I have been very conscious of the intensity as I wish to start slowly and build up gradually for the greatest possible enhancement.

    Other than that, today is my off-day (I will be doing alternating days for the next 5 weeks.)

    I think I might apply the rice sock tonight just to help relax it and increase blood flow.

    Yesterday I did the workout routine again. Everything went well with it. I have attempted to be extremely precise and consistent with it and hope for the best results possible.

    I think I will perform measurements on a week by week schedule.

    As for today, I cycled 17 miles roughly and am feeling sore but good. I will try to perform the groin warm-up (rice sock) tonight as well.

    I also need to work my kegals tonight.

    Be doing the routine again tonight. Need to get my rice sock hotter than I have been. Going to try using Vaseline for wet jelqing tonight.

    Still doing my regular sessions. I kinda was lax for about a week. Probably need to add an additional week to my 5-week plan.

    It's been almost a month since I've really done anything and I need to get back to work!

    I need to dedicate the time to doing my exercises if I am going to expect any results. My long-term goal being a minimum of 8x6 is not going to happen unless I start doing some serious conditioning again.

    I think I am going to look into a more advanced beginner plan though and try to stick with that. I need to set aside the time everyday to do this.

    A positive I'd like to note is that I am kicking my porn addiction. I never really thought of it as an addiction until I started reading about it's effects on erections and I had an experience recently that kind of scared me so I decided I need to also focus on improving the quality and duration of my erections and not just assume that they are fine because I am young. My brain has become desensitised because of porn and I find myself venturing into more extreme stimuli than when I first started masturbating to porn. I haven't looked at porn in several days and I can already feel the effects. I feel great actually. I also feel more powerful which might indicate subtle increases in testosterone levels.
