First month of routines done. 3 days a week. I measured with poor eq. Just having trouble keeping it up today. But measurements with poor eq was
El 6.25
Eg 4.75
I gained a quarter inch. I will measure a few more times today to make sure smd try to keep it up better. But I am very happy about those gainsStarting

So I am back at it today. Since I had great gains the routine tells me to continue with what I was doing. Kinda want to change it up but can't argue with results
On another note. I am back to trying to come back from the edge. My grandma aka my second mother passed away this Saturday and on top of that. The girl I loved who begged to be back in my life. Who said she wanted me over anything in the world broke up with me minutes before my grandma passed. Easily worst day of my life. Only way to go is up. But there is nothing in my life to show me that anything will get better...Starting
