i found a "e-book" that seems very well designed.. down to diet exercise and pe... it is called the Trinity Blueprint.. i can send links and passwords to people who want to check it out.. i will be starting monday so i follow the well formulated work out schedule... if anyone would like to try this with me just let me know..

i will update daily on work outs.. how they feel and if it seems to work.. workout calls for measuring every 2 weeks to track progress and alter workout if necessary.. i will post measurements here as well...
speak up for to help motivate me... bc if this works, it will be a big step for all the big dreamers... hopfully

It tells you mostly just to eat well. And has Smoothies filled with berries honey and natural stuff it promote healing and boost nutrient intake

day one down... pretty good workout... stretches all direction, jelqs, kegels... good flacid hang.. little tingling but that is to be expected... feels good tho... next day is wednesday... pretty good intro workout for the first 2 weeks

You 're welcome! Remember to stay positive and motivated and stick with the routine at all times (unless you're having some injury, then stop!)
Also, you can do a double change: workouts and a diet that can help a good blood flow.

I won't be writing like this all the time. Just need to say my flaccid hang has never been like this before. Seriously thick. Main vein sticking out. Longer than usual. Def gets me excited for Wednesday which is the next day on the schedule
