    Day 2. Feel very slight but definite sprain feeling at base of penis from first day's training (JP90). No training today or for the next few days to recover and avoid ligament damage. Evidently I was not well conditioned and/or trained too hard.



    Currently applying hot rice sock.

    Feeling absolutely fine, will restart program (very carefully) on 21st August. Will do one day on one day off to begin with to watch for signs of damage.

      Still feeling great so have decided to move the restart date to whenever my order of lube arrives in the post (won't use that hand lotion again!). In other regards, am all set. Got my arginine and lysine, my 5 Gs, a zinc & magnesium supplement and a libido supplement with tribulus and other things.

        35 mins edging after returning from the gym. Did not manage to avoid coming. Maybe I can do better next time.

                  OK. Will watch my intake then. I haven't taken any ZMA so far because my current vit C caps already have zinc and magnesium and I don't want to consume too much.

                    Hmm. Yesterday, the day after thursday's training session had distinctly heavier and longer looking flaccid hang. Trained this morning and flaccid hang looks shorter. Negative PI?

                          100 wet jelqs (start 20% erection end 45% erection).
                          15 mins edging (did not cum).

                              Rest day. Background reading on ADS and chemical PE. Am thinking of trying the bathmate a bit during the weekend so have shaved in preparation.
