been ages since I posted and felt like saying something. been using an extender for just over 4 months now, progress has slowed tho I haven't measured lately, will wait till the end of the month. been kegaling on and off but nothing too serious till the nght before last. I thought to add a little something I'd try a fowfer ? and kegal at the same time .. pretty sure I read somewhere this was a worthwhile thing to do. I did 300 kegals 150 with it tucked in either side .. went to bed for a spank and had a raging boner .. I've been struggling with eq for sometime so this was indeed a pleasant surprise. I've read I should only do serious kegal work 3-4 times a week ... thoughts anyone ?
