Finished yet another routine. Hoping to gain some more. Girlfriend didn't come over today, she'll be over tomorrow. I'll let you know how she likes the gains

Took a day off today. Went to a museum with my family, had a nice lunch with my girl. It was a nice day. Starting back tomorrow.

Decided I'll start back up PEing on September 21st or 22nd. I'll take before pictures and every 4 weeks i'll take more pictures to record gains. Thanks for the encouragement so far guys. Chuckesleeze out
