    Hi everyone

    I just registered myself to start a log on here. I think it will help me stay motivated ..
    I'm not new to this site, i've PE'ed for one month but i overtrained, my EQ went very low, my dick wasn't as active as normal.. So i took 2 weeks off.. now i really lightened my training schedule.

    I'm gonna do a 2day ON 1day OFF routine consisting of:
    10 minutes warm up with hot wash cloth
    100 wet jelqs
    2minute stretches in each direction (left, right, up, down, forward)
    5 minutes warm down with hot wash cloth

    It's a newbie routine but i hope to see some results .. I don't want to overtrain my dick anymore, it scared the shit out of me. I've already done 2 days ON, today is my OFFday. My dick hangs very well, he's not very active but i think that's a good sign that he is growing.

    I'm gonna make my log a bit like that one of Bobberick, he really inspired me in a way of setting goals you have to
    accomplish each day (like drinking 2L of water, vitamin intake, etc.)

    My starting stats are BPEL 6,9 and EG 4,9.
    My short term goal is: 7,5 x 5,5
    My mid term goal: 8,0 x 5,5
    My long term goal: 9,0 x 6,0

    I really like this forum, you get such good support and advice out here .. I'm glad I'm going to be a part of it. (Sorry for the bad english btw )

    I'm aiming for length now. I've read that you first need to target the lenght, then the girth ..
    So when i gonna do the 100 wet jelqs i'll be doing them at about 30-40% erect.
    I also do the jelqs before the stretches cause i've also red this is better.

    I'll try updating my log daily, If it's possible. For now, my dick hangs well, i can see some lines in my dick, i think it are stretch marks who will disappear while he's growing?

      I'm also going to drink 0,22 gallons of water everyday .. I will get the rest out of the thea, vitamindrink and food.
      I'm also going to quit masturbating for awhile .. this one is going to be hard but i think it will be healthy for me. I'm single and this way i'll get hungry at hunting for chicks when I go out

      I will update my measurements monthly.

      My goal in PE is to never overtrain again and get a healthy (hopefully big!) dick.. I feel so stupid for falling into that trap of overtraining. When i have done a good workout i felt like my dick could have some more to maximize the training, i started doing that everyday and after awhile he didn't get enough rest .. It won't happen again!!!

      Can someone please answer to this question: I can see some lines on my dick .. it's from the stretching .. Do these lines disappear as my dick is growing or is it permanent? I don't pull on my dick like a madman .. I just give it a light stretch.

        Dick feels a bit tired at the end of my OFFday.
        Didn't use him today, just gave him his rest ..
        I'm gonna sleep now, tomorrow he should be fit ..
        Then it's 2 days ON

          Woke up with a nice morning wood, EQ was an 8... could be better though.
          Over an hour i'm gonna do my routine, Dick can't wait ..

            Workout is done .. Dick is relaxed.
            Did a good warm-up.
            the jelqs and stretches were hard today, i have trouble maintaining my dick to be flaccid. After 4-5 jelqs my dick grows over the 40% line. Hope this will dissapear in the future ..
            Did a good warm-down.

            (still seeing lines on my dick, not as big as yesterday but they're still there)

              Dick isn't very active .. Don't know if this is good or bad We'll see in one month if I gained something ..

                Couldn't fight the urge to masturbate .. Also watched porn .. tomorrow i'll start them in red, back to day 1 ..
                This is going to be a hard challenge for me.

                + My EQ was a 9 out of 10 .. He looked a little bit bigger.

                  This afternoon i'll do my workout Can't wait!!

                  Tonight i'm going to the club with the boys, i hope the beer and cigarettes (yeah i know i should quit :s i only smoke when I go out .. and that's the truth .. the combination of beer and a cigarette is just too tempting I'll try my best to not overdo .. I hope my night out doesn't affect my gains a lot ..

                      Went out last night, didn't get much sleep .. dick feels fine though.
                      Offday so no workout today ..
                      I've spent the whole day chillin with my friends so i haven't been able to take my vitamins, thea, etc .. Not a healthy day.

                      I'm going out again tonight so i hope i'm not loosing gains doing this.. We'll see at 16/09/2011.

                        Going to do my workout in 5 minutes, can't wait!!
                        Dick feels good, couldn't fight the urge to masturbate yesterday when i came home from the club .. Dick felt big, nice and hard.

                              Just finished my routine but i only did 100 wet jelqs at 20-40% .. It felt good but i'm really tired, don't have a lot of energy .. I didn't do any stretches this time, I'm so tired, right now i don't give a shit about those stretches

                              I also watched porn and masturbated .. I hate the fact that i don't have the discipline to handle that part of my PE adventure.
                              I'm feeling a bit depressed now but i'm gonna give my dick his rest now, tomorrow is an OFFday for me..
                              A good night of sleep will help a lot

                              THIS TIME I'M SERIOUSLY QUITTING PORN AND MASTURBATING (only 1 masturbation every 2 weeks)! MARK MY WORDS.
