Well some videos don't play. I have no idea why
You should inform an Administrator.
Beside of this, Hanma inform us, what are your gains and how long have you joined to a PEP.

Well I started last year and did JP90 at half the intensity for about 2 months. I wasn't consistent and I got busy with university so I had to stop. So didn't gain anything.
I started one month ago again, with full intensity with some modifications to my program. I have noticed some improvements and have had more veins but other than that, nothing much. I will measure at the end of 90 days.Future owner of a glorious cock.
I'll call it, the thunder dragon.

Yiagos, yes gains in BPSFL are an indicator of future BPEL growth.
Keep in mind measuring the NBPSFL is a bit tricky as slight changes in pressure can yield various length measurements. It is far easier to be consistent if you measure the BPSFL instead. When I first started PE, my BPFSL and BPEL had the same measure of 5.5 inches. When I measured after a month, to my surprise my BPFSL gained an inch and was 6.5 inches. But, my BPEL was unchanged. Undeterred, I kept up the JP90 routine and at two months when I measured, my BPFSL was still 6.5 inches, but my BPEL gained half an inch!
Other pluses I've noticed are more prominent veins and improved EQ.Doing the JP90
Stats
6/20/11 - BPEL: 5.5 x 5.25 - Flaccid: 2.5 x 3.5
8/24/11 - BPEL: 6.0 x 5.5 - Flaccid: 4.0 x 4.5

My BPFSL increased a fair bit. In the advanced exercises section of this site there's one on erect stretches, which says many guys report that this helped their erect length grow into their stretched length. I wouldn't be able to do erect stretches for the life of me, can't grip behind the glans at all when hard, but I can do semi erect stretches. I call them plumped stretches.

I don't do erect stretches either but 30% erect stretches which will also target the tunica better and the corpus family in there.

OK Hanma, thanks for replying.
By the way I measured my BPFSL today morning during PEP. Ruler showed 19cm (+0.5 cm from BPEL).
