Good morning folks,
Today I thought to measure the non Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length and ruler showed 15.5cm (6.1").
It was the first time; I haven't idea how it was in the beginning. nBPEL is -1cm than this (see my sign).

Yes definitely. Soon you may want to switch to a girth oriented routine as your smooth muscle will start becoming your limiting factor. Take a read of this on TGC theory.
Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"

Thanks for info.
Well the first sign was flaccid length which is noticeable longer comparing before PEP. I did not measure the initial flaccid length.Last edited by Yiagos; 08-21-2011 at 05:02 AM.

Sigh. My BPFSL is shorter than my BPEL. I find it very hard to measure it anyway.

I'm just a beginner though. How do you measure your BPFSL anyway? It's hard with a tape.

I use a ruler and underhand ok grip, push blood up the shaft so the glans is bigger and easier to grip behind and then just stretch and measure with the ruler. I do bone pressed though.
My BPFSL is 6¾" but almost always goes up to 7", and sometimes over, after the stretching exercises. For some reason it usually increases straight away after doing flaccid bends.
By the way, I've started wearing traditional boxers, the loose kind, and this is really awesome for flaccid hang size. Go the boxers

I think it's a good idea to measure your BPFSL during and/or after exercises, because it tells you whether your exercises are having a positive or negative effect. For example, if one were to be stretching with too much force and causing distress to the penis, the stretched length would measure less. But if you measure a nice long stretched length, it lets you know that you're "in the zone" and that you're stretching with a force that's not too light and not too hard. I think of it as the "Goldilocks zone"
My hand gets in the way too when measuring BPFSL. I kind of close one eye and do my best to line up the right measurement.
