Dear PE Diary...
Starting Erect Size: 6.5" NBPEL x 5.5"
Edit: I changed my starting EG from 6 to 5.5. I think I measured it wrong when I first started.
I didn't measure it when flaccid. At the time, I didn't think it was important.
Edit 2: Because the NBPEL is innacurate (i could get a half inch difference, depending on where i placed the measuring tape), i switched to BPEL.
Starting BPEL: 7"
Current BPEL: 7"
Current Flaccid: 4.25" NBPEL x 4.5ish" <--- This changes often. Sometimes it shrinks to as small as 1" or gets to about 5". It depends what I'm doing, how I'm feeling, the clothes I'm wearing ...
But as of this instant, directly after a 40 minute jelq sesh, this is what I measured.

I'm pretty sure I gained between 1/8 and 1/4 in length. But it's a bit difficult to know for sure because I have a slight bend to my cock.
I'm three months into it. So far, I've seen an increase in libido. Sweet!

In all honesty, when I first started, I was hoping for some quick gains. I just started doing the v-jelqs and am incorporating other exercises into my routine.
I'm still working on a set routine, but it's hard. I live with two other room mates and I'm trying to be secretive about this. Also, I'm very active in sports, I go to school, I hold a job and am *trying* to start up my own business ... so some nights, I just crash without even thinking about my pecker. So it's difficult to have a set on/off day.
Someone once posted that "dedication and education are the secrets to elongation." Or, something to that effect. I'm trying to work on getting smarter about this. I'm reading about the TGC theory now ... It's saying there is a meaningful relationship between BPFSL (bone pressed flacid stretched length) and BPEL (Bone pressed erect length).
This ratio gives you an idea what your 'limiting factor' is - that is, what part of your penis is holding you back from your gains. Your limiting factor will either be your Tunica or the smooth muscle.
If the BPFSL is 5" or smaller than your BPEL, then it is a tunica issue.
If the BPFSL is more than 5" than your BPEL, then it is a smooth muscle issue.
I'll measure mine right now. I already know the BPEL: 7"
My BPFSL is just about 7"

Today's PE exercises:
Warm up of 10 minutes with a total of around 100 kegels, 6 x 20 second bundled stretches. Helicopters and regular stretches.
80 V jelqs, 40 jelqs,
x2
2 x 30 second uli jelq
2 x 45 second uli jelq
80 V jelqs, 20 jelqs
Ballooning x 5. Failed on last one. I came
more kegel exercises (the one where you are fully erect, push down on it and do a kegel) x10x2
Finished. Then I did some cool down stretches of 20 seconds + 4 bundled stretches @ 20 seconds.

I read a thread about the inaccuracy of string to measure girth. Not sure how it's inaccurate, but I will need to buy myself the kind of measuring tape tailors use.
It's important to know what your numbers are. Being happy in the elusion of grandeur can lead to disappointment. If I were to think my penis is 6" in girth," I develop this idea of just how far above average I am. Learning that it is smaller than I previously thought will lead to disappointment. It's like a step back from reaching my goal of 9x7.
I also learned that jelqing is not, in fact, a permanent thing. The stretching you do to your pecker eventually tightens and retracts. Someone likened it to skin after a person loses weight. If that's the case, then I will be doing this for a long time.
In all honesty, I will be happy with an eight inch long dick. 8x6.5 is decent to me.
I have this idea in my head that the only acceptable cock is a porn star's. Hanging around this website is quickly breaking this illusion.
Some guys have said that my 6.5x6 is huge. I look down at it and think "small."
But, on the other hand, my dick is the only one I've known. I've gotten used to it. No one's ever told me it was small. Girls have only ever said it's big and that they're sore the next day.
I'm happy I joined this website. A lot of people on here have a 5" NBPEL or under in length and whose goals are my measurements and even smaller. My perspective about people and PE changes when I read these posts. PE is not about becoming the porn star you want to be. It's not about becoming the new cockzilla. It's in part about alleviating this one small thing that is causing a lot of insecurity and problems.
To me, it's about the vain side of it: I want girls to talk about "that guy with the big dick." I want it to need two hands when handled.
I'm going to treat this like I treated bodybuilding: absorb all the information I can and share it with others in hopes that they don't need to be held back by genetic factors they couldn't control. I believe in having your cake and eating it, too.

Today I'm going to do the same sort of workout as yesterday but I'm throwing in some compressors.
The more I learn about PE, the more excited I get. It's like a gold mine. As long as you're willing to work, possibilities are yours!
I say that but I still haven't seen any gains But this could be for a number of reasons.
I have not been following the JP90 to a T. I didn't even start to do Vjelqs until recently. I haven't been doing any kegels. And most of my exercises have been focussing on the smooth muscle when it is my tunica that needs the attention.
I'm drinking more green tea and eating more cayenne (which also helps to synthesize fat) and taking zinc supplements ... Going to make a list of other dick-friendly ingredients i can add to maximize growth.
I really hope things change. I don't want to stay this size forever.

I should set myself on a schedule. 2 days on, 1 day off. One day will be tunica-related exercises and stretches, the second day will be for length. I'll do this for 6 times and then change the workout.

Here's my plan:
Morning Stretches: Warming up with 12 second stretches in all directions (Up, straight out, down, left, right) and 25 kegels in between. That adds up to 125 kegels. Then I do ten full rotations, where I grip my penis and rotate it 360 degrees, in each direction and 25 kegels in between. This is where I do my set of tunica tugs or 6-8 reps. I perform this only once.
I repeat this whole process twice for a total of about 350 kegels and about 10 - 15 minutes of stretching.
I type this right after a stretch. I measured my flaccid length: 4.5 inches, but it soon turtles to maybe 1.5-2". I know this is a sign of fatigue. But, my dick usually turtles; it's common for me. I'm not exactly sure what to make of it. Throughout the day, i'll notice it fluctuate in length, too.
Then i go on to the actual stretching. It's pretty much the same as the warm up, but without the kegels and I hold the position longer. I do every direction for 30 seconds. This adds up to another 15 minutes or so. I would throw in something else but I don't know any other exercise because they aren't posted.
After I'm finished this, I cool down. My cooldown is basically the warm up. My kegel muscles are pretty tired after.
More than 6 hours later, I'll do my exercises:
Night Routine: I'll warm up (as mentioned above) and then lube myself up. I will do 60 jelqs, then 60 V jelgs. I do 4 sets of this then I do 6 compressions and 4x30-45 second uli jelqs.

I'm worried that my above routine is too much and will lead to being overworked. I sent a message to a mod asking for help.
Basically, I want to know if I can stretch and jelq in the same same at my level.
I made a thread about it, but no one's postingThis isn't the first time. It's really frustrating.
Until i get a reply, I'm going to stick with the JP90.
So yea, it is too much. For the next two months, it's going to be basic JP90. I feel sort of dumb right now. Time to lay low ...
I'm going to lay off PE for a couple of days to recover. Then I'm doing a 5 day on, 2 day off JP90.

My routine was so bad, I think my penis was shrinking. I stopped doing for a couple of days to allow it to rest. The third day I did the JP90 (harder on my penis than I thought it would be) and remeasured my girth ... 5.75. Clearly larger than before.
