I just started seriously training for PE. I think my size is still small so need to start on these one NOW! Also, my added motivation is from my gf who loved to swing inside and out my cock. She likes my length and girth already, but I'm not that content yet, so as a reward, I wanted to give a remarkable present by next month, hoping I can achieve some gains.
By the way, I'm using JP-90 as a starting program. I want to stick to the routine since from I've read this is the most proven effective way to a monster cock. LMAO.
Currently my stats are BPEL: 13cm,NPBEL: 9cm, EG: 11.5cm, MEG: 9cm.
My short term goals are Girth: 13cm, Length: 15cm.
Long term goals are Length: 17cm; Girth: 14cm
I welcome all your comments (private or in my wall) so I can better improve my stats.
If you can share your routines with me, I'd appreciate it alot!

Good job on starting a log you're one step closer to gaining! If you have any questions at all just post them on your log or make a thread if you can't find it using the search option, someone will answer your question asap!

Today, I just rested from the JP-90 program. I got some sore maybe of the routine, so I decided that its a rest day for me!
Though its a rest, I continued the kegel routine with some s-e-x at the side (i was tempted..LMAO). Its my day 1, but my gf felt a difference in my girth.
I guess, I'm totally convinced now! I'll begin another routine tomorrow!

Still on a rest day. My cock's head is still on sores.
Is this supposed to be natural? This is natural, right? I noticed some discoloration on my glans yesterday but it already disappeared.
I continued with my kegel exercises while on the way to a trip and during free time. Its fun knowing that I am exercising while the rest may think I am just sitting.

Sorry for the delay. I think I missed a lot from being soooo long gone.
Anyways, I returned with the JP-90 with practically the similar routine. I enjoyed the break I had since I was able to do my kegels during travel time and idle moments. I was not able to measure yet but it feels good that I have great erection quality (EQ) everytime I wake up in the morning..
