    Woke up with an erect penis this morning.

    Exercised this morning.

    Did my regular workout including the Shake Weight.

    At this writing I've done at least 40 Kegels at a second each. I'm starting out out slow for a reason.

    Did my first warm up and Jelq. While doing those I had a 30 % erection. Working out my curve. After first session my penis looked straighter.

    Vitamins: E, C, multi vitamin, and Calcium Citrate.

    We'll see how my regular masturbating session goes tonight.

    I'm starting slow the first week to find out what I can handle.

        The Saga Continues...

        Late Monday night was my regular masturbation session. At least twice a week to relieve stress and tension. After that, I normally wake up limp in the morning.

        Today was my day off so the routine was whenever I got to it.

        EXERCISING THE BRAIN
        Read portions of 3 books including a new one on how to best stay fit.

        PE
        40 Kegels for a second each. That was enough for one day. Whew!
        20 Jelqs. 10 in the shower at 20% erection. Not a good place to work from. 10 out of the shower when I was closer to 40%. Warm up time was the hot shower.
        Stretches.

        UPPER BODY EXERCISE
        Lifted weights on my dual stack weight device. 50lbs.
        Shake Weight, 6 mins.

        Should have posted my measurements yesterday but forgot.

        Limp
        4 inches long
        4.75 inch girth

        Erect
        8.75 inches long
        5.75 inches girth

        My goal is to add an inch to length and girth.

        Sept. 29 will be my next measurement.

          Woke up this morning to healthy body clues. A very good erection.

          PE
          Did my exercising in the shower this morning. Did 20 Kegels, and warmed up for Jelqs. Attempted to do 10 Jelqs but I think I got myself too erect. Not easy to do at 80 percent full. As I was waiting for it to become limp enough, I continued with my shower. That took a few minutes. Once my erection was down to 30 percent, I did my stretches. Did another 10 Jelqs while concentrating on my unwanted curve.

          it might too early to tell, but I noticed this morning I didn't have that bent nail look upon becoming semi erect. I like that improvement!

          Also noticed a healthier pink to it. Before it always looked pale and grayish.

          Was out of my routine. The furnace guy came out to service the AC and the furnace, so I didn't exercise. All of my stuff is in the furnace, and he didn't leave right away. Today was my rest day.

              Today was not a good day to exercise. Work related issues stressed me out the night before so I had to take a sleep aid/relaxer to get a good night's sleep. I hate doing that, but on the rarest of occasions I have to. Took a day off from PE and body exercises, but I did get some reading accomplished. I'm better tonight but still concerned over the work issue.

              I even skipped my vitamins last night, but got those in tonight.

              Tomorrow I'll be back at the routine.

                EXERCISE FOR BRAIN
                Before I fell asleep at 1 AM, I did quite a bit of reading.

                When it gets towards the end of the week, my work schedule really kicks into high gear. Exercising becomes whenever I can do it.

                Work related issues still bothering me so took one this time of a relaxer aid to help me sleep. Woke up this morning with the usual healthy body clues.

                PE
                Did my warm ups, 20 Kegels, 10 Jelqs, and stretches while in the shower this morning. Due to my stress level, I was able to get my erection to the level I wanted to exercise. Just barely. I think I wasn't quite 30%.

                  Just a quick update. I was totally out of my routine today because of work. Tomorrow I hope to get back on track with everything. At least I was able to get a lot of reading accomplished. The day wasn't a total loss.

                      Labor Day, Monday, September 5, 2011

                      Late last night, I had my first masturbation session in almost a week. Stress related issues at work kept my mind off of that. I was finally able to relax. That went extremely well.

                      EXERCISING THE BODY
                      Today was the first time in a few days I was able to hit the weights. Been at that for a year, and have doubled my weightlifting ability from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. I"m obviously not trying to be a body builder. At my age, I'm just trying to keep everything where its supposed to be. I'm hoping by this time next year I can get to 75 lbs. After making rather modest gains the past year, I'm reevaluating my whole routine to see what I can do better.
                      Did my crunches.
                      Shake Weight routine. That thing is still kicking my butt.

                      I'm thinking I need to start using a good lubricant. I think I'm ready to move into that. I'm going to try some Vasseline tomorrow if I have any. Also I need to trim the hair down there. Its getting in my way. Big time.
                      Warm up in the shower.
                      Stretches. Especially against my curve.
                      10 Kegels. Right now that's all I can handle. I start feeling it pretty fast.
                      20 Jelqs. That was a bit much so I'm dropping it back tomorrow.

                        Today was truck day at work. Got a good work out putting things away such as 5 gallon buckets of paint and 4 gallon cases.

                        PE
                        The shower still seems to be my PE workout area for now.
                        Warm ups.
                        20 Kegels.
                        Stretched against my natural to the right slant and curve.
                        20 Jelqs with my penis at a 6 inch semi erectness. That seemed to work much better. Will do that from now on.
                        Throughout the day got myself erect enough to work against my curve by leaning it to the left.
                        Also took some pics in various stages of getting erect so I can study my curve and my penis' overall appearance. Never did that before. Its been interesting. Also a good way to track my personal progress.

                        EXERCISING THE BODY
                        Worked out on the dual weights including 50 lbs. leg lifts.
                        Did my abs crunches. My abs are being stubborn. My stomach is resembling a tire beginning to lose air.

                          Today was a rest day mainly because of my work schedule.

                          Last night I experimented with some of the more advanced exercises, and my penis survived in one piece! In fact, I woke up this morning fairly erect. These more advanced exercises are a bit too intense for me. They turned me on to the point that I had to, um, do some releasing.

                          Looked over my recent progress pictures and compared them to my older ones. My weight lifting routine needs some major changes. Not a whole lot of difference on the physical side, but I'm noticeably stronger when I pick up heavy objects at work. At least now I can carry 50 lbs. with little effort. A gain there. Physically I'm looking more like a middle aged man. LOL Oops.

                          Will be back to my regular routine tomorrow. Kicking it up to the next level!
