    New log im starting thats going to literally be a strict Light PE + androextender + Excellent Abwork out after the 4th month i will start to add ULI and some other advanced workout!

    i have been doing PE since 2009! i am now again starting PE again to see if i can gain another inch in length and half inch in girth!

    right now i am

    6.8-9 nbpel & 4.8-9 EG

    my goal is to hit 8 inches and 6 inch girth if i am lucky in 6 months!


    1. Main focus is to Warm up real real well! for 15 minutes or even 20 minutes. RICESOCK AS A WARMUP IS excellent.
    2. stretch 30 sec and 25 kegels Right left out and up just like JP workout stretches
    3. follow up with 5 Medium to light Squeezes for 10 seconds
    4. rewarm up for 2 min
    5. jelq for 10 minutes 4-5 second strokes
    6. warm down with rice sock for another 10 minutes to heal
    7. put on Extender for 1-2 hours not stretched beyond your erect size but half an inch below your erect size. this incourages no more turtling and a better flaccid hang.
    8. after all that workout i cool down my cock with some cold water.

    i have already been doing this for 1 month and so far i hit 7 inches when i balloon because i edge my self to 110% erection for 10-15 minutes after my workout. sometimes i balloon after jelqing then warm down. then put on extender.

    this is my routine. very simple and i know i will gain. because i gained 1 inch doing this back in 2009 in only 6 months

    1 inch in only six months, sounds good. How were your girth gains in that time? And does your flaccid size increased?

    yeah man my flaccid did increase pretty well since 2009. it doesnt turtle back anymore much, unless i really really overtrain. i learned to avoid overtraining. my girth just went up .2 inches. i was much more focusing on length than girth. right now im trying to focus on both. im tryin to reach atleast 7.5 then go for girth. because once i hit 7.5 length, then do strictly girth, my dick will grow wide and bigger to atleast reach a little over 7.5 without even doing length routines.

    today was an excellent warm up. i went light on the stretches only 30 sec holds. no kegeling.

    warmed up for 15 minutes regular 10 min jelq and full 100 erection after workout.

    put on extender at low extenstion about 5inch stretched length/my current length is 6.8

    keep extender on for 2 hours 1 our off then another 2 hours.

    this is my second month so far!

    last night i hit the gym worked out mostly upper body and some real hard ab workout. tonight we do lowerbody.

    this morning i warmed up for 15 minutes and stretched 30 sec each side and 10 circle stretches after each rep.
    did not jelq right after stretching because i noticed my dick was a bit more elastic so i jumped on the extender and put it on 6 inches extended which is half inch lower than my erect size. im extending for 1 1/2 hour then jelqing for 5 min extend again at a maybe 5.5 inches for 2 hours then rest tell the end of the night to do 5 min jelqing 3 min v-jelqs and 3 light medium 60-75 percent erection squeezes.. finish with ballooning for about 5-10 minutes..

    by the way i cutt off porn i downloaded this thing called K9 web protection. thought itd be great idea. i realized PORN is just real bad for your brain.. and the way you think of woman

    hit the gym tonight. squats were a killer, did some lunges. ab work, bicep and pull ups.. finished the night with 10 mintues jelq and 10-15 min ballooning with 3 edges of ponr. didnt cum. after a warmdown. my dick was showing off its long thicker flaccid size.

    worked out last night abs, shoulder, biceps, and bench
    this morning im doing some manual PE

    took a 15 min shower which mean im already clean and warmed up for some PE

    did 1 min stretchs each sides left right up out.. but i noticed something VERY interesting! i noticed befor i used to just stretch the penis to maximum capasity right away.. for this past week i been stretching little by little like a rubber band for 30 seconds tell u stretch to maximum length. the next 30 seconds is keeping a good maximum length stretch.

    then 10 light-medium circle stretch after each 60 second stretch.

    i just found a great exercise for length: the pendulum stretch. did about 30

    then about 3 sets of 3 flaccid bends at 25-50% erection

    10 min jelq

    put on extender for 1-2 hours to keep it in an extended state. extending only at 6in. which is .75 inch below my max erection length!

    finish with 5 min hardcore erection

    end of the night after work. read my book pdf format while i do 50 v-jelqs between those ill do 5 squezes

    finish the night with 10 min ballooning/edgeing to fill the penis with as much blood as i can

    then warm down!

    Great work man! I like your routine, I'm going to get an extender soon too, I had one before and liked it then sold it because I thought hanging was the way to go. Hanging got me .25 inch in just over a month but started making my dick darker. I think extenders are the way to go, slow and staedy wins the race. Keep up the good work!
