    Hi guys.

    I have decided to post my logs to keep myself motivated. I would love to hear from others who start off from the same size as me. I have started off at 6.0 BPEL (which makes me 5.0 NBPEL) and 4.5 MEG. My goal is to become 7.5 NBPEL and 5.5 EG.

    I started in the first week of August 2011. Here is the routine:

    Around 10 mins of Warmup with a towel.

    15-20 Helicopter stretches
    10 Tunica stretches
    10 Straight out stretches
    20 minutes or more of wet Jelqs & V-Jelqs.

    8-10 mins of Warmdown.


    I put on something to watch on youtube and keep doing the jelqs until I feel I have done enough. After reading the tunica post I have decided to spend 30% of the time on length and 70% on girth since my EQ is is 75-80%.

    I'd say it seems pretty solid. Make sure the towel stays warm though, because a good warm up is key in making gains. Have you done the JP90? If not, why aren't you doing that instead? If you don't know what it is, it's in the beginner forum. Second post from the top.

    I was thinking that I want just girth for now. You can say I am just experimenting for now. I Hope to stay motivated and I know that just me visiting the forum is enough motivation for me.

    Ok so this morning I spent about 9 mins warming up.
    Then 5 straight out stretches.
    15 Heli Shakes
    8 Tunica tugs
    130 wet jelqs
    20 v-jelqs

    I was trying to edge but I wasn't feeling anything erotically. i was trying when my driving instructor turned up so I couldn't warm down.
    I am still thinking of warming myself up just to compensate. After all, the point of warming down is to make more blood fill up the penis.

    I was doing my own stuff to gain girth cos that was my main priority in PE. Thanks to JFPowertop I have changed my mind. I now understand that I have gain length first since it becomes hard to gain length when you have too much. So from now on I have decided to only do the JP90 day course. I didn't at first cos it looked to me like more of a length gaining routine. Now I understand that length is hard to attain if you have too much girth.

    I completed JP90's routine today. I always end up doing a few extra cos I don't keep an exact count or get lost sometimes. But still good.
    I only managed to do a few kegels today. Need to work on kegeling a fixed number of times everyday.

    Took a day off today even though I didn't want to. I can' remember why I took my day off.
    Still have not been able to do proper set of jelqs. Need to establish some sort of way to
    remember to do jelqs. Some way to remind me when i am just sitting.
